Sassi's place is phenomenal. Its located just 2 minutes walk to zahra beach. We were surprised to discover that this beach is even nicer than bahr el ghzaz. Moreover, the family of Sassi that is living nearby were very helpful. They offered us a home made meal on the check out time and it was delicious. We would definetly stay there again! Thank you Sassi!

Very clean and pleasant apartment, very quiet neighborhood and 2 minutes from the beach, communication with Oussama was very good every time we needed to know a few things, he was present, gave advice and guided us, we had a good time in Menzel Temime, thank you for the stay.

It was just amazing! The host was incredibly helpful and always on hand if we needed him. The location of the house was ideal – only a minute walk and we were by the sea. There are also many restaurants in the area with very tasty food that we can really recommend. The whole experience was wonderful and we are very grateful to the host for his hospitality. Perfect stay, beautiful house with respect for traditional houses. Atypical furniture.... large house with all the comforts we need. Welcoming hosts, attentive to our requests and very responsive. If he can't move... Don't worry his brother-in-law or that mom will be there... by the way a big thank you to the mom for the cuckoo.... A treat.... Perfect clean pool and clean out of sight.. very quiet corner of tunisia. You will live directly with the Tunisians. Turquoise blue paradise beach. Clame even in the middle of a month in doubt. You will eat a sea bream on the beach for just 30 dinars at Lotfi's.... If you want to be quiet... I recommend this place... See you soon

The location was perfect and the outside space was lovely. We loved the enclosed parking suave and the view overlooking the ocean. Overall a great place.

everything went smoothly from the minutes we arrived until checked out. the place matched the description perfectly and everything was at out expectations. the host was friendly and responsive. the overlooking beach is not really that good but there are nearby beaches 15 minutes away that are perfect. in general the place was clean and well equipped , the location was strategic and very peaceful.

Pleasant stay! The owners were very welcoming and respectful of our privacy. As for the accommodation, all the bedrooms were very well equipped. The cleanliness is impeccable, certainly the marble of the swimming pool in a medium state but the pool is very well connected and very clean. I'll recommend it in a second! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The accommodation is well placed and has all the necessary equipment. Also, we can ask for towels and sheets if necessary from the surface technicians present daily. The place is very well managed with a top rooftop for a barbecue party!
