The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Le Burlat – Studio Tassin – Lyon

Quietly in the garden of our family home, we have renovated an annex building into two pretty and very bright studios. You will find all the comforts: air conditioning, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi... On sunny days, enjoy an outdoor area. A 10-minute walk to the center of Tassin (shops, post office...) you will be in a residential area of old houses from the beginning of the 20th century surrounded by large gardens. A little taste of peaceful countryside 15 minutes from the heart of Lyon.

La Grange Coton is a former hay barn, renovated into comfortable accommodation, which combines the charm of an old listed building, warm decoration, in the heart of the historic center of the town of Anse. It has all the necessary equipment to accommodate a baby. Less than 10 minutes' walk to the train station and close to highways, come and relax in our pretty cocoon of softness and on its private sunny terrace.

Quiet and bright apartment, of about 30m2, located on the 7th and top floor without elevator of the building. Completely renovated in 2018, you can enjoy its style combining new comfort and old-fashioned charm, its amenities and its view of the city's rooftops. Located a stone's throw from the Hôtel de Ville, this historic and lively neighborhood is full of Lyon charm.
