The interior shows attention to detail and is not only cozy, but also comfortable and practical. The house is ideal for groups of up to 12 people and families with children. On the property, there is also a large sauna for up to 8 people with great garden views.

The lagoon town of Ueckermünde is a holiday resort in the middle of a marina, right on the Szczecin Lagoon. The beach is only about 300 m away! We offer you a newly renovated and elegantly furnished 48 m² 2-room apartment in the attic. From the balcony you can enjoy the evening sun and have the best view of the old town of Ueckermünde and the boats of the marina. Towels, sheets and much more are included in the price. Our house is located directly on the forest. Neighbors are only there a few weeks a year. The house / property has about 130 m² of living space, a total of 1670 m² of property area, partly fenced (the green area in front of the property is not fenced), so that a dog brought along can also go for a walk alone. A garden with beach chair, a sandbox for the little ones, a chill-out corner and sun loungers is available. Peace and nature are advantageous.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).
