The apartment is located in an apartment building in the small village of Neppermin. It is a small 2-room apartment with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen, with the possibility for a 4th bed as an extra bed. The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 150 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. Benz is located in the charming hilly Achterland of the island of Usedom, 5 km from the Baltic Sea resort of Bansin. In addition to thatched houses, there is a Dutch windmill with original furnishings, a small gallery, and brick church with a beautiful wooden cassette ceiling designed as a starry sky, where concerts can be experienced regularly in the summer. The apartment is located in my old thatched roof house and is flooded with light and friendly. It is good for couples.

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

Two-person apartment at Park Zdrojowy

The studio apartment is located near the Park Zdrojowy park, which leads to the seaside promenade. Close to the boulevard on the Świna River and the ferry crossing. The city center with shops, cafes and restaurants is nearby. Guests have access to a kitchen with a microwave, fridge and stove. Bed linen and towels are provided. Guests can use the underground parking for an additional fee.

The apartment is part of our house, but has separate access and its own small piece of garden.... You have your peace with us, we do live in the same house, but everything is physically separated from each other.... the village of Benz may not be for people who want to lie all day only on the beach, but a wonderful starting point for tours all over the island There are rarely buses....
