HALF of THE HOUSE it is private, locked off it is like flats, I am in the other flat/unit/duplex. 2nd bedroom - 1D and 1S, 1 trundle, 1 KS. The listing writes 9 beds but only 6 can sleep alone, 9 can stay. Entire house means I do not stay in your half as the place is like flats and or a duplex. Suburbia is right behind, awesome rural hectares view from front yard. The right side of shed and front yard is yours, cat is there 2. Smokers ok Fire pit can be used only 1st bag of wood free
