Well presented house in a quiet estate but with good access to major roads, just what was needed. Good sized rooms and a well equipped kitchen, and easy check-in and check-out procedure.

This home was wonderful to stay in! I came to visit family and the home was gorgeous and peaceful. Tim was very proactive and responsive about responding to any questions I had. Would stay here again!

Staff stayed here and said was very nice.

Really nice little place to stay! Was made right at home with the hamper that was left. Very nice touch. Only downside was not many taxis in area and no information about local taxi firm but we found one online so no big issue to us. Would stay again

We had a very comfortable stay at Lynne’s home, it was exactly like the photos, very well equipped, and had a dog friendly garden. Lynne was very friendly, giving us clear directions to the local park where we could walk our dog. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend. Thank you Lynne

OMGOSH what a wonderful place for our annual family weekend away exceeded all expectations John went up and beyond to accommodate us. The house was amazing would definitely recommend the castle next door for drinks. We where a family of 9 adults and 3 under 7's plenty of room for us all .....once again Fabulous place an absolute 10 out of 10 from us x

Recently stayed here and had such a lovely time. My mom flew over from Spain and myself, husband and toddler drove up to meet her (we live in the midlands) we were here visiting family. Lyns place was ideal. The location was fab, only 6 min drive to see my nanna. It’s a short walk to the beach (direct access) and the caravan itself was lovely. So clean and well looked after. Lyn had even put things in there for my toddler to play with - and a small chair for her to have her food. We couldn’t have asked for a lovelier place. Lyn was so responsive and easy to connect with. The caravan is located directly across from the entertainment hall which was brilliant for my toddler (she loved the slot machines) and there’s a restaurant too. It was very loud at night (Friday and Saturday until midnight) but we just used ear plugs and was fine!! Would deffo recommend this caravan and we will be staying here again I’m sure. Thank you xx

We loved staying at Lisa's caravan. It was perfect and had everything we needed. It really was a home from home. Lisa was so friendly, leaving some lovely surprises for us and the kids. 100% recommended. Thank you, Lisa!

We had such a great weekend at the cottage. Tony the host was so helpful and pleasant. This place is excellent to stay with family or to organise little parties such as birthdays. Swimming pool area was so clean and well maintained. We had our cottage rented with hot tube next to our doorstep. There is not enough words to describe how beautiful this place is. Would recommended to everyone. Thank you so much for everything Tony and we will defenetely back few more times this year.

Russell and Clare are great hosts who have created comfortable, well-appointed accommodation which is warm and cosy in winter and I imagine light and airy in summer. The beds were lush. The shower is great - powerful and consistent temperature. Eppleby is peaceful with walks from the cottage, a local shop & tea room - very friendly - and pub. It's a great location for exploring Richmondshire and Co. Durham. We had a relaxing short break at The Old Milk House and hope to return.

Had a great stay! Fred was super easy to reach and quick to reply. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything I needed. Loved that it was just a short walk to the town centre and the reserved parking spot was a big plus. Really appreciated the milk and juice in the fridge too - nice touch! Would happily stay again!

We stayed for one night and loved it! The area was peaceful and you are right at the top of the farm track so feel like no one else is around! The hot tub was lovely once we had worked out how to get the temperature right. We went to Kip & Nook for pizzas and drinks and then for breakfast the next morning, would recommend there too! We would definitely stay again, thank you x

It was our 2nd time at Vincent house. The place was lovely and very clean. We loved the sweet touches like milk and sof drinks in the fridge. We'd definitely recommend it and will stay again.

Clean and tidy, peaceful and quiet despite proximity to train station which is a bonus if using the train to commute.

We all really loved our stay at the cottage! It was in a great location right next to Walworth Castle Hotel where we started our stay with a delicious afternoon tea before we checked in and collected the keys. The cottage was the perfect size for our get together and we enjoyed a fantastic night catching up and playing games. It was lovely and warm in the cottage with fluffy towels and treats provided as well. We didn't use the hot tub but it looked lovely! We would have been tempted to have our evening meal back at the hotel but were full up after the delicious afternoon tea! Highly recommended.
