Die Universität Darmstadt ist ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe und auch mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung verfügt über 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, sowie eine ausgestattete Küche und einTageslichtbad, separater Eingang sowie W-LAN. Ein Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke und mehrere Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Ort verfügt über einen Golfplatz, Tennisplätze, ein Freibad und weitere Sportmöglichkeiten.

The loft in the middle of Bickenbach on the Bergstraße is the ideal starting point for numerous leisure activities for up to five people. Easy access to the Odenwald, but also to the metropolises of Frankfurt or the cultural city of Heidelberg. The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. Casa Wilhelm

This quiet and centrally located apartment has its own entrance/hallway, two rooms and en-suite bathroom. There is a double bed, kitchenette, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. A hotspot guarantees good internet. A parking space is on the premises. It is only 200 m to the tram (19 min- > Darmstadt) and in 15 minutes you are at the train station by bus. Supermarkets, gas station and restaurants are around the corner. The garden can also be used. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Cozy duplex apartment

Das ca. 36 m² große Atelier Galerie Blau wurde zu einer besonderen Ferienwohnung im Maisonettestil mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Gartenterrasse umgebaut. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich der Schlaf- und Arbeitsraum mit einem Doppelbett (180x200m). Im Erdgeschoss liegt ein Wohn-, Schlaf- und Essbereich mit der Kochnische, Waschmaschine und einem kleinem Duschbad. Der dritte Schlafplatz ist somit nicht in einem getrennten Zimmer, sondern befindet sich im Wohnbereich.

In unserer frisch renovierten, geräumigen und modern eingerichteten Souterrain Wohnung findet jeder das kuschelige zu Hause auf Reisen, ohne auf Komfort verzichten zu müssen. Neben unseren Standards wie z.B. WLAN (200MBit/s), 55“ TV und begebahrer Dusche erwartet Euch eine komplett eingerichtet Küche, ein schöner Schreibplatz sowie optionaler Foodservice. Rauchende Reisende finden im Garten eine überdachte kleine Terrasse, die mit bequemen Sitzmöbeln ausgestattet ist.

Nice little apartment in the Martinsviertel!

The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit to the apartment from the street. Guests are welcome to go out into the garden to relax. The tram to the main train station and the city, the city center and the Technical University of Darmstadt can be reached within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days to a maximum of 1 month.

The small apartment is ideal for 2-3 people or a family with two smaller children.

But no oven and no microwave. Sleeping options are: A single bed and the couch can be pulled out to a sleeping area of 150 × 200 cm. Free street parking is available. Key handover takes place in person or through a key safe, which is located at the gate.

The apartment is in a quite residential street, between Darmstadt and Weiterstadt. It is well connected to public transport (RMV). In our street (about 3 minutes walk) the bus is every 30 minutes. The F bus can be reached after about 10 minutes, which runs every 15 minutes. The Darmstadt MAIN STATION is less than 2.5 km away. Also the connection to the motorway. Frankfurt can be reached in 20 minutes. The Loop 5 shopping center is nearby.
