Das ca. 28 m² große Atelier Galerie Blau wurde zu einer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung im Maisonettestil mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Gartenterrasse umgebaut. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich die Schlaf- und Arbeitsebene mit einer Doppelbett Liegefläche von 180x200m. Im Erdgeschoss ist der Essbereich mit einer Kochnische und einem Sofa, was bei Bedarf zu einer Schlafcouch ausgeklappt werden kann. Direkt daneben befindet sich das kleine Duschbad. Ebenso steht Euch eine Wachmaschine zur Verfügung.

The living room on the upper floor can be reached via an internal staircase. The house was completely renovated in 2022 using old building materials such as sandstone walls and wooden floorboards. The garden can be used. The location is absolutely quiet in a side street in the Bessungen district not far from the Orangery (park).

The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit to the apartment from the street. Guests are welcome to go out into the garden to relax. The tram to the main train station and the city, the city center and the Technical University of Darmstadt can be reached within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days to a maximum of 1 month.

This beautiful apartment is located directly below the vineyards in Auerbach and is ideally suited as a starting point for hikes or mountain bike tours in the charming surroundings. It consists of a room with integrated kitchenette and adjoining large bathroom with shower and bath. Guests can relax on the large, rear-facing terrace overlooking the countryside. But no oven and no microwave. Sleeping options are: A single bed and the couch can be pulled out to a sleeping area of 150 × 200 cm. Free street parking is available. Key handover takes place in person or through a key safe, which is located at the gate.

Enjoy your time in this quiet and centrally-located accommodation. The 60 sqm apartment that I rent is fully and lovingly furnished and offers space for 2 adults and 1 child. Five minutes by car from the A 67 and A5 and 25 minutes by car from Frankfurt Airport. Shopping as well as restaurants and cafes are within walking distance.

The room with integrated kitchenette and separate shower room/toilet has its own entrance and is accessible. It is located in a two-family home. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking equipment and a refrigerator. Wardrobe, chest of drawers, a table and two chairs, a double bed. Wi-Fi is available.

We offer our guests a cozy bedroom, a toilet (without shower!), and a spacious kitchen in our office. Mondays to Fridays between 8 am and 7 pm we share the toilet and kitchen with our guests! Outside these times, our guests can enjoy their private space.
