Dichtbij Giethoorn, de Weerribben en Hunebedden in het natuurgebied Holtingerveld. The Colony of Frederiksoord, listed on UNESCO world heritage, is only 6.5 km away.

This former toll house of the Klosse is located in the middle of the countryside. This cozy upstairs apartment (approx. 90 m2) is the upper house of a Norwegian artist. The farm is 5 minutes away by bike from Giethoorn. Furthermore, there are three national parks nearby, NP Weerribben Wieden, the Drents Friese Wold and the Dwingelderveld.

(North) The boats can be rented from the neighbors and the beautiful bridges can be found only a 6-minute walk away. Without hordes of tourists. (South). Unfortunately not suitable for infants/children from 0 to 8.
