we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Happy vacations by the Baltic Sea - that's what Zingsthus is. Quietly located in a side street, just a few minutes from the beach. Cozy all year - with terrace & sauna. Beds for 6 plus a fold-out couch (for 2 kids) allow for two families to spend their vacation under one roof. The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Bugkabine - the romantic apartment for two

The romantic apartment "Bugkabine" for two people is located on the raised ground floor of the old captain's house Dade. The open living area with large corner sofa, dining table and kitchenette is characterized by high ceilings and large wing windows overlooking the linden trees, the rose garden and the cobblestones of the historic Salzstraße. The bedroom and the adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet are quietly located in the rear area facing the garden.

Unsere 2 Zimmer Ferienwohnung 45qm liegt im Dachgeschoss, ein kombiniertes Wohn-& Esszimmer mit Küchenzeile bietet alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett eingerichtet. Im Wohnraum steht Ihnen ein drittes Bett zur Verfügung. Bad mit WC und Dusche. Die Ferienwohnung ist für zwei bis drei Gäste ausgelegt. Der zur Wohnung gehörende PKW Stellplatz liegt direkt am Haus und steht Ihnen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

Cozy semi-detached house "Hase" Ummanz / Rügen

The space is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which is accessible via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-behaved dog up to knee height can be brought along, please request before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with a barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goats, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

-Winter break from December 22, 25-April 5, 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage and thereby preserving it. There are now 3 more apartments for guests in the house. (feel free to check out our other offers on Airbnb)

Wabi Sabi Cottage I in the Old School and Sauna

This apartment is located in the former old school in the village and was probably originally built for the teacher in 1815. It contains one bedroom, another sleeping chamber under the roof (only bookable in summer), a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The sleeping chamber under the roof can only be reached via a steep staircase. The chamber can be heated via an oven, but the roof is not perfectly insulated.

There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and cozy corner bathtub. In the living area with sofas and armchairs, the fireplace provides cozy warmth in stormy times. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to sociable cooking evenings.
