The Studio at Seventeen and a Half in a Quiet Enclave

Walk through the private entrance and into a contemporary, light, and airy studio annex. Complete with fully equipped kitchenette. Hob, fridge, dishwasher, and combi microwave. Small but perfectly formed kitchenette:- with fridge, sink, kettle, toaster, combi microwave. Smart tv , wifi, underfloor heating.The bedroom has a superking bed, dressing table, hair dryer and walk in wardrobe which contains bedding, towels and beach towels. En-suite shower room with constant hot water. Views from sitting room across courtyard and hills beyond. Welcome pack included. The shared courtyard is available to enjoy for your morning coffee/evening tipple etc. We live on the premises so should you need anything we are here to help. We are friendly and sociable but tend to leave our guests to their own devices. Dartmouth is a busy, history-filled place with much to offer. That includes great restaurants, chic art galleries, cosy pubs, and fun pop-up bars, together with a great community spirit. It's also famed for its Naval College and unique architecture. An easy ten minute walk from the studio takes you to the embankment where you can hop on a bus to Totnes for lunch and a fantastic shopping experience. Kingsbridge, a pretty riverside fishing town. The city of Exeter , Devons beautiful county town. and not forgetting Plymouth where you can visit the National Marine Aquarium, or walk along the historic Hoe where Sir Francis Drake once played bowls. You really dont need your car once you arrive here in Dartmouth, the bus even takes you to the stunning Blackpool Sands beach. The list of things to do and see is endless. Nearly all our visitors wish they had stayed longer.
