Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Dartmouth

First time using this property. Hosts where proactive in contacting me, and giving clear instructions about find the property and checking in. Property itself was lovely, really big but homely. This was a work trip, but I would definitely use again.

We had a perfect few days in lovely Newton Ferrers. We found Close Quarters to be a great location given its access to the estuary and local facilities. Roz’s description was very accurate with the deck being the obvious highlight for us with the beautiful weather we had. We did have some issues with the Wi-Fi as mentioned in the previous review but this didn’t spoil our enjoyment. We would love to return.

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Great place to stay. Quiet area but walkable distance to town and beach and well situated for exploring the surrounding area. Apartment modern, well equipped and comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Great smart TV - Disney plus a bonus! Information provided about local area was really useful. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic break at The Annex in Frogmore. It was equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night stay and the home was beautifully clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the estuary and walking across to the pub opposite in the evenings.

Nice compact apartment, but with plenty of space for the two of us and our large retired guide dog. Very well equipped with absolutely everything you need. Loved the breakfast supplies, containers of breakfast cereal, bread, spreadable and milk. But worth mentioning that there are quite a few steep steps down to the property.

Had a really nice stay. I dont think you can have a better Location in Exeter. Communication with Marianne was easy and she was very helpful. Apartement was clean and tidy.

Great stay for a group of friends - so close to the beach and really lovely house with great views. Will definitely be returning!

The cottage is well placed for weddings at Polhawn fort which is a short walk away with amazing views along the way. It is very spacious, warm and clean and is well stocked with toiletries and everything we needed in the kitchen. The appliances in the kitchen were easy to understand and use. The delicious apple juice left in the fridge was much appreciated as was the milk, tea, coffee etc. Our grandson enjoyed running around the garden which has plenty of seating and tables. There are some good walks from the door and it would be good to go back for longer next time to explore the area. We had to drive down some narrow roads to reach the cottage but fortunately the roads weren't busy.

A stunning place to stay, parking right next to the propery, the whole house was immaculately cleaned and no clutter. We sat outside on table and chairs on the decking and had a glass of wine that was left in the fridge for us by the hosts. There was milk and water in the fridge as well as the wine, plenty of cleaning product's, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits. There were even chocolates left for us on towels folded on the beds. I was in contact a few times with Fiona and she responded straight away, she was also very flexible with booking in and parking. I would definitely use this property again if we go back to Exeter, fantastic location not far from the shop, bars etc. Thank you Fiona and Leigh for making our trip as comfortable as you did.

Serendipity is a lovely house with stunning views. Marks has designed and refurbished his house beautifully and very much with his guests in mind. The downstairs is spacious with a very large table so we as a party of nine could sit all together or in separate groups inside and outside. Well done to Mark. He is a very considerate and welcoming host.

This is our 2nd stay at Bay View House. As a multi-generational family group, we all enjoyed it last time and had another fantastic time this time. The balcony is perfect for watching the world go by for those who don't fancy or can't manage lots of exercise. Whilst Salcombe has plenty to look at and there are the beaches and local Overbecks garden to explore, for those that like to get out and about. Almost all bedrooms have their own ensuite bath/shower room and the main living area has space to spread out. We hope to be back again next year!

We had a fab stay with our Whippet. Home was as described and communication was great. Had the pleasure of meeting Phil during our stay and enjoyed talking to him about the conversion. BBQ was a bonus, very secure garden (in our opinion) and we felt right at home once we got there. Would absolutely stay again - thanks!

We had such a wonderful time at this lovely Airbnb. The property was cosy, clean, and beautifully presented—perfect for a relaxing countryside escape. It’s tucked away in a quiet village setting, but still close to Exeter and the stunning South Devon coastline. The hosts were warm and welcoming, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the peaceful mornings, local walks, and the village charm Kenton has to offer.

Needed a perfect getaway spot for me, the wife, son and partner and 4 grandchildren. Needed plenty to do, a heated pool, games room etc to keep the little ones happy. Needed peace and quiet for me. Needed great amenities in the house, plenty of space to chill. Needed easy access to beaches and restaurants for all of us. I'm happy to say this place fitted the bill in every sense and then some. A fantastically designed house on split level. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone. Hours every day were spent in the pool and even though the weather was bad it really was heated so was perfect. The house is in the midst of rolling hills and country side and not a sound could be heard. Local town only 5 mins away in the car. So much to see and do within a hours drive to keep us and the children occupied. Great facilities in the games room. If you want the perfect break with the family, this has it all.

Absolutely perfect location to visit Plymouth. Perfectly situated to enjoy all the key attractions whilst being in a quiet residential area.

The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm, and easy to talk to — they made me feel welcome right from the start. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and they were always available for any questions or local tips. The flat was spotless, well-equipped with everything I needed, and very comfortable. The location is excellent — within walking distance of everything — and having a safe parking space was a huge plus. They’re truly thoughtful and attentive hosts who clearly care about their guests. Fantastic location with even better pub. Walking is spectacular with so many coves to choose from which most r dog friendly. Property was lovely and everything there u needed. Bonnie was on hand with any problems. Would highly recommend. Daz,Rach and Lottie

Loved the look of the place when I first saw it listed. actually "Fabulousser" ( New word) than the pictures . Everything highend no skimping on quality. A magnificent bolt hole. A bit daunted by the steps but probably did me the world of good. A 76 year old teenager with arthritic joints and an issue with my ticker. The thought of a few beers in the fabulous Blue Anchor a great incentive, I wish it was nearer I'd be there more often both the apartment and Brixham. Well done Chris and Kelly

Great place right at the heart of Paignton, walking distance from everything you may need. Spotless newly refurbished apartment, that despite relatively small footprint is very functional and has everything you may need. Views are hard to beat. Tina was wonderfully responsive and accommodating. Already booked for next year!

This was our second stay at Pin Lane. The apartment is accessible onfoot to so many places. On the Barbican and easy walk to the Hoe. Car park was a bonus. Only used the car once after we arrived for a visit to Tavistock. We got the ferry across to Mountbatten and an easy walk to Queen Anne's Battery. We would have no hesitation in recommending a stay at No.7 Pin Lane.

Great stay, location was great for ease to and from buses and trains, 2 min walk to beach, pool was a nice extra to have and we'll stocked kitchen and bathroom.

Lovely flat in a super location , also it is well equipped and beautifully furnished, has comfortable beds, clean throughout, great view and the secure parking for two cars is an additional bonus.
