Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Shopping within walking distance, and 30 minutes drive to Copenhagen city center

Charmerende træhus, som ligger som et annex i baghaven til et nedlagt landbrug. Huset har egen indkørsel bag den gamle lade, og egen lille træterrasse. Huset indeholder entre, stort rum med køkken, spisebord og stue med 140 cm sovesofa, badeværelse, indbygget garderobe og lille soveværelse med 120 cm seng. Huset har plads til 4 personer (2 personer på sovesofa i stuen, og 2 personer på 1½ mandsseng i soveværelset), men fungerer bedst til 2-3 pers. Desværre ikke et handicapvenligt hus.

Lav mad i køkkenet, på grillen eller over bål. Vi har får, masser af høns, og frække katte og fra Marts kommer der små lam ude på marken. The home is lovely family friendly with 4 children's rooms with 120x200 beds and a master bedroom. The villa is centrally located in Roskilde, but on a quiet villa road. The house has a private, enclosed property that allows you to relax outside without disturbance. Walking distance to the station 2km. Where it is possible to take the train to Copenhagen or other destinations. 1km. to Roskilde pedestrian street which offers cafe life and shopping.

The outdoor area is beautifully furnished with the renowned HAY Palissade collection.

While designing these apartments, we were inspired by the traveling adventures of the early 1900s, infusing a humorous nod to old-world luxury. The apartments combine classic references with a colorful and cheeky decor, and are fully equipped throughout. With easy self check-in and access to our hotel services, we aim to keep travel practical and uncomplicated.
