Located on the sandy beach in the center of Datça, İskele neighborhood, our house is located on the beachfront, the building is 1 year old, newly furnished inside, has its own detached entrance, and is on the second floor of a two-storey house. There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and the full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can comfortably bath in the sea. There is a mall on the main street, just 100 m away for shopping, and two free open parking lots very close by (100 m).

Very close to the center of Datça, this house is also in the heart of nature, only a 5-minute walk to the magnificent Hidden Bay. It is also possible to reach Mandalya and Kargı Bay and Taşlık Beach in the center in 2-3 minutes by car. The wooden products in the house are our own design and completely handmade. This pet-friendly house has a private garden area. You can prepare pleasant meals in the garden, lie on the cushions and watch the stars, and enjoy the unique mountain view.

Our duplex apartment with panoramic views of Datça is a 3+1 and can accommodate up to 8 people. In our apartment; 2 double beds, 2 single beds, There are 2 sofa beds. There are 3 air conditioners in total (18000, 12000, 9000). There are two WCs and a separate bathroom in our house. Our house, where the city and the sea are at your feet, is a 6-minute walk from the center and the central beaches. You can reach it directly by car via the ring road and use the parking area.

We are happy to host you in our completely protected and detached villa with a private pool (length 7.30 meters, width 3.50 meters) located in the center of Datça, one of the most beautiful holiday towns of our country. Our house was renovated and put into service in June 2020 to meet all the needs of our guests. It offers a very nice holiday option for both families with children and those who want to have a holiday with a group of friends.

Our place is in the center of Datça, 600 meters from the public beach, 7-8 minutes on foot, 2-3 minutes by car. It is close to Sevgi Yolu, where you can walk along the beach. Our house is close to the Migros supermarket and bus station 300 meters away. There is a bakery and a supermarket about 50 meters away. It is a residential area, you can stay safely with your family.
