Holiday rentals with beach access in Datça Mahallesi

The house was really nice, everything was very clean and tidy. The furniture was quite new and useful, providing a comfortable environment. The host was also very helpful, did not hesitate to help with everything and gave us very good suggestions. We were really pleased, we would love to come again. I definitely recommend it

Everything about the house was as it appeared in the photos. It was very enjoyable to sit on the balcony in the evenings and chat with the stunning sea view. Mr. Erdal helped us a lot with everything from our sightseeing routes. She was very friendly, reliable, friendly and caring. Glad we chose this place. We loved meeting and staying at the same time.

The location of the house is very nice and within walking distance to the center. It's also in a good spot to go to the surrounding bays. No parking issues. The house is clean and as it is in the photos. We had no problems. We'd love to stay again if we come back.

I had such a great time at Doruk‘s place. I loved the apartment, I love Datça and I can’t wait to come back. Doruk and Mehtap were always available, super kind and helpful and I felt super safe and comfortable staying in the place and in general in the whole area as a female traveler on my own. first of all, it was great that Mr. Levent was very hospitable and very kind. The house was exactly as I thought. It is only uphill for those who do not have a car, and I would like to point out that. It had a great view. The house and bedroom linens were spotless . With all their kindness, I was able to reach him easily at every call. It is a house where everyone can stay with peace of mind and I am sure that they will love it. Thanks for everything.

It was an absolutely immaculate place, I was incredibly satisfied, and the hosts were very sweet and helpful, and if I went to Datca against us, I would prefer it without thinking again 🙂‍↔️

We stayed at Mr. Onur's house for 4 nights and we were very satisfied. It was obviously better than we expected. First of all, the location of the house is very good, you can easily reach the most beautiful bays in a place. If nightlife is not your priority, it makes much more sense than staying in the center of Datça. The house was very clean and everything was considered up to the refrigerator bags when we entered. First of all, the rooms,bathroom and kitchen were very clean. Mr. Stefa called and gave us the location information before we arrived in Datca during the day. The staff who greeted us were also friendly.

We were greeted with a smile by Mr. Gurur's mother and father, Mr. Suat. Both Mr. Pride and his family were immediately helpful whenever we needed them. There was a storm in the area for 1 day when we were going, there was a power outage, so we had to use the fireplace. We had no trouble supplying wood. We also provided village eggs from their neighbors Ms. Vahide every day. She's a very nice chat lady. It was a stay experience where we made very good memories. Thank you so much.

Pleasant stay in a cottage.

Everything was very nice. It was very peaceful. A lot of things were new in the house and there was nothing missing. I will definitely choose it again

We had the most fabulous stay at Dimitra Maria’s place. The air bnb had all the amenities you could need during your stay, the kitchen was well equipped and we even had some local honey’s, marmalades and milks to start us off! The property is a perfect distance to be able to walk to the beaches and the town, whilst being slightly out of the hustle and bustle. Dimitria Maria was so helpful during our stay, helping us arrange transport to and from the airport, and always on hand to answer any queries. We highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back next year! Thank you!😌

The host welcomed us very hospitably with explanations about the stay and restaurant tips. Also during our stay we could easily reach her with questions she answered quickly. Also the amenities in the stay were perfect, everything was thought of such as detergent and toiletries.

It was a very nice space just above the delicious pizzeria. We enjoyed using the accommodation which is within walking distance of the beach and the busy shops. The shower head is quite loose in the holder, but otherwise the bathroom is also clean and tidy

The accommodation was exactly as described and as in the photos - everything was clean, tidy and well equipped. The location is really great: it's less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are bakeries and small supermarkets nearby. Particularly practical for families: there is a kind of playground directly opposite the accommodation, so the children could play right outside the door and within sight. Host Michael was super polite, very accommodating and always helpful. You feel like you are in good hands. I can really recommend this great accommodation to everyone!

The apartment had everything a long-term traveler might need — it was spotless, fully equipped, and perfectly located within walking distance to everything. Dimitra saved us so much time with her amazing recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and historical sites — and every suggestion turned out to be fantastic. Thanks to her proactive approach, quick responses, and overall helpfulness, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She truly made our holiday even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone visiting Kos!

What a wonderful apartment and so nicely decorated! The apartment is just outside the city center, so it is in a quiet location, but you are close to the supermarket (3-minute walk), restaurants (1-minute walk) and the beach (2-minute walk). Our host had some basic groceries ready for us, which was very nice because of our late arrival. The apartment has screens everywhere, so no insects in the house. In addition to a washing machine and drying rack, there is also a dishwasher and air conditioning (which can be operated per room). The beds are nice and in the afternoon you can sit in the shade in front of the house. Ioannis is a very good host, who responds quickly and comes to the rescue if necessary. If you go to Kos, choose this apartment!
