Located on the sandy beach in the center of Datça, İskele neighborhood, our house is located on the beachfront, the building is 1 year old, newly furnished inside, has its own detached entrance, and is on the second floor of a two-storey house. There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and the full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can comfortably bath in the sea. There is a mall on the main street, just 100 m away for shopping, and two free open parking lots very close by (100 m).

The walking distance to the sea is 350 meters, and the market is 150 meters away. You can find the bus to the city center, which is 3 km away, in front of the complex. I have sea and city views in all of my areas of use. In my kitchen, I have basic ingredients for my guests to cook their own meals. I hope my guest will have a calm and peaceful time with me.
