If you stay in this centrally located place, you will be close to everything as a family. A peaceful, happy, stress-free home. The pool and garden are very nice. There is a barbecue(BBQ) in the garden. There are sun loungers, umbrellas, free internet network. There is a terrace and sunbathing. 4 or 5 minutes by walking to the bazaar. There is car parking in front of it. There are a total of 2 balconies on the front and back facades. Kitchen supplies are useful. There is a TV, fridge, toaster, ketil, oven,... In a decent family setting in the most beautiful bay of Avşa Island. It is a 10-minute walk to the pier, 3 minutes to the grocery stores and 15 minutes to the entertainment centers. Our seafront mansion villa apartments are fully furnished and equipped with white goods. You can only start your vacation with your suitcase without the need for any additional items. Due to the seafront and the fact that the island is located in a reputable family environment, the daily accommodation facility is very few and has the most tranquil beach around it.

The vacation home is certified by the Ministry of Tourism. The house is situated in a settlement and is directly connected to a beach promenade. From there, the nearest village of Ürkmez can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (bakery, supermarkets, pharmacy, doctors, weekly market). In front of the house is the sandy beach 50 m away. From the living room, from all bedroom balconies and terraces there is a sea view. The living room and 3 bedrooms have air conditioning. In the house is a Sebil (for drinking water cooling)

And in the night you can experience the famous nightlife of Alanya. Spend the day relaxing with seaview.

Tiny Ballıca is located within the borders of Ballıca Village, 15 mins from Sabiha Gökçen Airport and Viaport Shopping Center and 5 mins from Intercity İstanbul Park. Being very close to the city makes it possible to get away from the crowd and meet with nature and calmness whenever you want. Our tiny house has an open kitchen, a double bedroom on the loft floor, a bathroom and has its own patio. With fireplace & air condition, the house is ideal for both summer and winter getaways.
