Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Haus Orchidee - a magical place in St. Christina

Bright two-room apartment with beautiful views of the imposing Langkofel, the Sella Group and the Cirspitzen, in a sunny location, away from all the hustle and bustle; nevertheless, the town center can be reached in just a few minutes. In winter, the ski bus stop is only a few meters away and in no time you are in the ski carousel. Children can run around freely, as no road passes by the house. On the contrary, right outside the front door begins a hiking trail, the so-called "Via Crucis".

Situated in La Valle, on a hillside overlooking the mountain panorama as well as the valley, the apartment Confolia 3 is located in a typical alpine residential house. The rustic holiday apartment consists of a cosy kitchen with dining table and corner seat, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi as well as a TV and if requested in advance, a cot and also a high chair for children are also available (for free).

The 70m² vacation apartment Comfort La Mana is located in St. Christina in Gröden/Santa Cristina Valgardena, a town in beautiful South Tyrol. The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The apartment also features Wi-Fi, satellite television, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available.

Small but cozy apartment, located 50 meters from the Center of Campitello, is located near the cable car for summer hikes and winter skiing. It is in a quiet area but a few meters from shops, restaurants, playgrounds, walks and sports center. Parking in front of the apartment is free and private for guests. It is 28 sqm. 2 km from Canazei, 45 km from Bolzano, 100 km from Trento and about 40 km from Cavalese di Fiemme.

Pic Apartment - Garni Vergissmeinnicht

The Vergissmeinnicht house is 1 km from the center of Selva Gardena, easily reached by free bus or a 15-minute walk. In summer, it's near the hiking trails to Ciampinoi, Monte Pana and Alpe di Siusi. In winter, starting from the house with skis on your feet, you arrive directly on the Sasslong B ski slope of Ciampinoi connected with the Sella Ronda area. A warm welcome to all families and also motorcyclists.

With a view of the Alps, the holiday apartment "Piciulei Pitl" in Selva di Val Gardena/Wolkenstein in Gröden is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
