Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Vous serez charmé(e)(s) par la vue sur la vallée, les falaises à 360° avec le Grand Som en fond. Notre maison et les locaux de la ferme se trouvent à 80 mètres du dôme et de sa terrasse, sans vis-à-vis. Si vous souhaitez rester plusieurs nuits n'hésitez pas à demander des informations.

Waterfront

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

Yurt in the heart of our goat farm

In the middle of our goat barn, come and enjoy our fully equipped and heated yurt. Raclette and fondue appliances are available to enjoy local and regional products. Ideal for 4 people, located on the heights of the village of Val de Virieu, quiet, with panoramic views of the valley and mountains. Just 5 km from Lake Paladru, many hiking trails start at the foot of the yurt. Museums, castles, zoo are to be visited not far from our yurt.

Après l’été, profitez d’un séjour au calme à Saint-Antoine-l’Abbaye : terrasse, jardin, deux chambres indépendantes et village classé à découvrir hors saison. Maison rénovée, deux chambres indépendantes, terrasse, jardin ouvert, parking abrité, linge de lit, serviettes et ménage inclus: ici, on vient souffler quelques jours, visiter le village, profiter du calme et découvrir les alentours entre Isère, Vercors et Drôme des Collines.

La loge est un appartement penthouse, rooftop aux prestations haut de gamme. Vous pourrez profiter de 60m2 pour 2 personnes maximum, lit double queen size. Confort et tradition: charpente apparente, climatisation, fibre optique et bouquet de chaînes TV, cuisine entièrement équipée, décoration choisie, exposition d’œuvres d’art, terrasse, balcon, parking privé en supplément. Jacuzzi partagé avec la Tour, notre autre appartement.
