Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Davao City

The place is modern, clean, and very comfortable, the beds were a little small for us, but we come from the U.S. so maybe that’s why, other than that the place is perfect for families or friends wanting to hangout together in Davao

The place is very near the airport. The subdivision is gated and safe. The house is right in front of the clubhouse that has a pool. To commute, there are tricycles right outside the subdivision. The house is spacious, beautiful and clean. They also let me leave my bag while waiting for checkin. The subdivision is a bit far from downtown so this has to be taken into account but it is near Sasa wharf if you plan to go to Samal. Highly recommended place to stay with accomodating hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, cozy, and truly felt like home. Everything was thoughtfully prepared from the rice cooker to the plates and other kitchen essentials, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the attention to detail and how well-maintained everything was. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to stay here again! 10/10

I booked this place for my exams, hoping for a comfortable and peaceful stay - and it did not disappoint. The room was clean, cozy, and incredibly relaxing, which helped me stay focused and at ease. The host was very accommodating too and always quick to respond to my questions. I really appreciated the smooth and hassle-free experience. Plus, the location is super convenient, right at the center of the city. Highly recommended!

The place was very clean and all basic amenities are available. It is also a peaceful place where you can feel at home. It is a just bit a far from the main road but it is easy to access with public transportation and thru taxi or grab. Malls are also nearby with just one ride from the main road.

The place is fully furnished, and as an avid water enjoyer, I love the fact that they got a water dispenser! Everything’s great and what you see is what you get in the provided photos. I love how the entire place is convenient. The host is especially generous with their instructions and descriptions, and they’re accommodating with your inquiries. Will definitely come back here in my future staycations. 🩵

Mae and Galina are very responsive and i like that there are signs all over the unit to help us easily navigate ourselves. It feels like home and we highly recommend them 😊

Highly recommended! We stayed here for three weeks, and we definitely enjoyed our stay. The room is well-maintained and has everything we need. There were no issues with the AC, the hot and cold shower worked well, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. Joanna has been a great host—very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely book again on my next trip to Davao. 👌🏻

We are pleased to share our positive experience with Genevieve's property. The accommodation was well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Its convenient location, within walking distance of Abreeza Mall, was a significant advantage. Furthermore, Genevieve's responsiveness and approachability were highly appreciated. For future enhancements, we suggest considering larger cooking utensils, such as pans and pots, to facilitate more comfortable meal preparation.

The best place I stayed on in the city of Davao, by far. Would definitely book again on my next visit.

The place was great. The only problem we had was the heater not funtioning. Tho it’s our fault not to have it addressed with the host because we don’t want to bother. I would suggest that they should check it themselves before the guests checks in. Overall 5/5 still.

The place was so nice and very accessible to everything. The lifts are just outside the unit, the refuse room and electrical room is nearby. There was even an honesty store inside the unit. So when you are tired to get down to buy something, you can just check the honesty store. The host was very accommodating, always responsive and proactive. We will book here again the next time we visit Davao.
