The place is very near the airport. The subdivision is gated and safe. The house is right in front of the clubhouse that has a pool. To commute, there are tricycles right outside the subdivision. The house is spacious, beautiful and clean. They also let me leave my bag while waiting for checkin. The subdivision is a bit far from downtown so this has to be taken into account but it is near Sasa wharf if you plan to go to Samal. Highly recommended place to stay with accomodating hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, cozy, and truly felt like home. Everything was thoughtfully prepared from the rice cooker to the plates and other kitchen essentials, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the attention to detail and how well-maintained everything was. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to stay here again! 10/10

I booked this place for my exams, hoping for a comfortable and peaceful stay - and it did not disappoint. The room was clean, cozy, and incredibly relaxing, which helped me stay focused and at ease. The host was very accommodating too and always quick to respond to my questions. I really appreciated the smooth and hassle-free experience. Plus, the location is super convenient, right at the center of the city. Highly recommended!

The place is minimalistic making more space for occupants. The photos, descriptions and amenities indicated on the posting matches the actual. It's location is convenient - walking distance to Davao Global Township, SM City, 24hr Jollibee, gas station, and restaurants. Just provide your own drinking water, and cooking oil and condiments, if you plan to cook, and you're good.

The place was very clean and all basic amenities are available. It is also a peaceful place where you can feel at home. It is a just bit a far from the main road but it is easy to access with public transportation and thru taxi or grab. Malls are also nearby with just one ride from the main road.

The place is fully furnished, and as an avid water enjoyer, I love the fact that they got a water dispenser! Everything’s great and what you see is what you get in the provided photos. I love how the entire place is convenient. The host is especially generous with their instructions and descriptions, and they’re accommodating with your inquiries. Will definitely come back here in my future staycations. 🩵

Mae and Galina are very responsive and i like that there are signs all over the unit to help us easily navigate ourselves. It feels like home and we highly recommend them 😊

Highly recommended! We stayed here for three weeks, and we definitely enjoyed our stay. The room is well-maintained and has everything we need. There were no issues with the AC, the hot and cold shower worked well, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. Joanna has been a great host—very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely book again on my next trip to Davao. 👌🏻

Ms. Nina is a very responsive host. The place is amazing. It has all the amenities listed. An Ms. Nina lets us extend our stay for how many hours because our flight is at 9pm. She also checks in on us if we were okay. You really get what you pay for. Thank you Ms. Nina!

We really enjoyed our stay here with my boyfriend. Feel at home kami masyado kasi we could cook there, which made the experience more special and comfortable. Ang cozy ng ambiance, very relaxing and peaceful. Parang gusto mo na lang magstay sa room all day. Complete rin ang mga gamit, kaya no need to worry about bringing a lot of stuff. The owner was also super responsive and approachable. Sobrang thankful ako kasi when I accidentally locked the CR door, they quickly helped us out without any hassle haha. Very accommodating and kind. Overall, sobrang sulit ang stay namin. Perfect for couples or even small families na gusto lang mag-relax and unwind. Thank you so much for accommodating us ^__^ Will definitely come back again and recommend this place to friends and family.

Place looks so chic as promised and it looked so neat and pretty. Some things were new to me and I kept asking the hosts what to do and they were helpful and responsive. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants to chill and have a good time in davao 💌
