I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, the host made me feel right at home. The communication was seamless – they provided detailed check-in instructions and were quick to respond to any questions I had. The space itself was just as described, if not better! The apartment was immaculately clean, well-decorated, and had all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the little touches like fresh towels, snacks, and a guidebook with local recommendations.

For the second time, I truly enjoyed my stay here! 💗 The place is just as lovely and cozy as I remembered—clean, comfortable, and with such a welcoming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. A special shoutout to our amazing host! She’s incredibly responsive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. I originally booked a different unit, but due to a technical issue, I was transferred to another one in the same building — and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The unit met all my basic needs: it’s safe, clean, and very comfortable. The bed is cozy, and the place has pretty much everything you might need for a short or even extended stay. Just a heads-up for future guests: bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. They weren’t provided during my stay. Not a big deal for me since I always pack mine, but it might be something to note. Linens, pillows (a bit flat) and comforter were all clean and smelled fresh. There’s a vacuum, broom, iron, and ironing board as well. Also, plenty of extra mattresses and toilet paper. The host was very responsive and proactive, and the check-in/check-out process was super smooth. Water pressure in the shower was great too. Overall, a solid stay and I'd definitely book again.

It's a new and clean dormitel not a house. although outside downtown area, but convenient if you plan to go out of the city. Communication was a breeze and Ms. Evelyn was easy to talk to. Good for big family. Highly recommended.

Vivian's place is pretty and comfortable house to stay in. She and Arnel the caretaker is very responsive and kind. The place is in safe and secure location, close to the airport, wet market and mall. Fully air-conditioned rooms, free wifi and netflix tv. You can cook too and microwave is handy as well. My family had a great time in their accommodation, except when it was raining there is a sewage smell which is also the community's problem. Thank you Viv and Arnel, we'll see you next time😊

The accommodation was exactly as described, and everything was spotless and well-organized. Me and my friends were thoroughly impressed with the comfort and amenities provided. Ate Bing’s place was our home for two weeks and it felt like it was our own. Ate Bing was very helpful with our queries and very responsive when we requested something for the house (very accommodating). The very vibrant personality made us feel very welcome. The house was surprisingly very big and clean that we are in awwe when we arrived. The place is good for family gatherings which is why we chose the place. The Pool area was well maintained and clean.. picture worthy especially during the night.☺️ will definitely book again for our next vacay! Thank you Ate Bing!

Ms. Rhea was extremely considerate, responsive, and accommodating. Same can be said to Kuya Weng, a reliable caretaker who was always nearby and helping us with our requests. This made our group's stay very pleasant and smooth. Just some highlights to mention: - The home itself is lovely, clean, and well maintained. - There are ACs in every room, including the sala, which made our stay very cool and comfortable even with this summer heat - You can also do your laundry for a small fee per load, convenient for longer stays. - As for getting around, Grabs were very easy to book within the area and the place is only 8 minutes from the airport. - Kuya Weng is a MVP, assisting us throughout our stay Based on our experience, I highly recommend this place for big groups! We really enjoyed our stay in Davao :)

Stayed here for almost 4D&4N and it was a comfortable experience. The place was clean and cozy especially the bed ✨ it was sooo comfortable that you can sleep all day 😅 and also perfect for those working online because the of the fast internet connection.
