It is located at 1450 m in the middle of a great hiking area, which turns into a snowshoe, sledding, skiing and touring ski area in winter. A mountain restaurant is within walking distance. The Postbus, which connects us with the nearby village, stops right in front of the house.

The attic apartment is located in a Walser house that was built in 1847. In 2019, the whole house was completely renovated. The apartment is a gem and is located approx. 150 meters from the valley station of the Tschiertschen ski resort. In summer, Tschiertschen is the perfect starting point for beautiful hikes and great bike tours. The apartment is very well equipped. Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.

The bright and cozy apartment is located in a quiet, sunny hillside location with beautiful mountain views in the district of Flims Dorf. In about 10 minutes' walk downhill (in 15 minutes about 50 meters uphill) you can reach the bus station "Flims Bergbahnen" or "Post." 100 m below the apartment, the free shuttle bus runs in the winter season.
