Situated in a quiet residential area only a 5-10 minute walk from the park, beach and village centre. Bed linen, towels and basic first necessities are provided. This is a fully refurbished unique apartment which is situated across two floors of a substantial Georgian house.It has been decorated throughout in light,fresh whites,greys & blues to echo the amazing and far reaching views of the river which are visible from the back of the property. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The property is in a ideal location, only 3 mins walk to the town centre, 10 mins walk to the sea front, 7 mins walk to Teignmouth Train Station, 15 mins walk to Shaldon. We are Dog friendly but pets cannot be left unattended in the property.
