A quiet and elegant accommodation located close to the Bois de Boulogne and the thermal establishments. Recent house (2022), single storey comprising an entrance, 2 bedrooms (bed in 140 and 160) a living room with open kitchen, a bathroom with adjoining laundry room, all overlooking a private garden. A secure garden shed that can accommodate two bicycles, a furnished outdoor terrace, a dining area with a table, garden benches and armchairs.
