Situated directly on the beach, we have immediate and direct access to the sand. Please note, the building is strictly pet, smoke/vape-free, and there is a maximum allowance of two cars per unit. Minimum age is 21 to rent this unit, ID will be required prior to approval.

The property also has tennis, basketball, and pickleball on the roof of the garage with an additional sun deck accessed from the second floor of the building.

You will want to return year after year! Our condo is not the best suited for children under 5. No pets, please.
