This luxury dune villa is located on the Makkum beach resort. The authentic village of Makkum is 2 km away and has nice restaurants and a warm bakery , luxury butcher and a large supermarket. The villa has underfloor heating and also has a cozy gas fireplace . There is a garage for the storage of bikes or surf equipment. there are two bikes available with which you can explore the beautiful Friesland. The house is further provided with a sauna and has an outdoor shower, nice for after surfing.

Close to the coast, dunes and forest, but also near the major cities of Schagen and Alkmaar. The Kapberg has its own entrance, parking spaces and enclosed private garden, with over 90 m2 of living space, it offers plenty of space for 2-5 people. This gives you plenty of privacy and living space to enjoy your vacation.

A well equipped supermarket is near the centre of Stavoren (about 3 km from the house) which is also reachable by boat. Several good restaurants nearby are reachable on foot or by bike.
