We had a great stay here! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, but still super quiet and peaceful. The place was very clean, cozy, and felt just like home. Walter was an amazing host, recommending fantastic local restaurant and helping us out right away when we had a small issue. Also, a big thank you for the welcome wine—it was such a nice touch. Would definitely stay again!

Gîte agréable et calme situé dans un bel écrin de verdure. Nous avons apprécié la vue depuis la salle à manger sur le joli jardin. La localisation est idéale pour visiter autant Amsterdam (environ une demi-heure de trajet sur des routes agréables) que la côte ouest des Pays-Bas (mer, villes de Leiden, La Haye, Haarlem). Il est pratique de pouvoir se garer juste à côté du gîte. La literie est confortable ; si la lumière du matin a tendance à vous réveiller, pensez à emporter vos masques de sommeil car il n’y a ni volet ni rideau occultant aux fenêtres. Le gîte est bien équipé en vaisselle.

Ons zussenweekend was een succes! Een hele fijne locatie, Caroline en Kevin heel gastvrij. Fijn contact, bij vragen ook snel reactie! Heerlijk huis, van alle gemakken voorzien en zelfs een fijn zitje buiten. Fietsverhuur op loopafstand en dan er heerlijk op uit! Kortom, genieten en wat ons betreft, echt een aanrader! Dank voor jullie gastvrijheid!

A quiet and well equipped apartment in a lovely location on the edge of the park- long grass, yellow iris flowers and nice views. The walk to the station was easy- allow around 20mins, then frequent trains to the centre. Petra was helpful and responsive- thank you

Heerlijk klein huis aan het water. Echt buiten zijn en toch binnen 20 minuten in Amsterdam.

Alles was prima in orde! De accommodatie was comfortabel, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het bed lag heerlijk en we hebben uitstekend geslapen. Astrid en Jaap waren vriendelijk en servicegericht; we voelden ons erg welkom. Het ontbijt was werkelijk fantastisch: er werd met zorg rekening gehouden met mijn dieetwensen (koolhydraatarm), en alles smaakte heerlijk. Wij zouden zeker nog eens terug komen!

Loved the place and location. So very lovely and peaceful ! Great location from the train station and village. Enjoyed using the bikes that were available to use! Nico was a very friendly host and enjoyed meeting him! The wine left in the fridge was a pleasant surprise!

Logement parfait, exactement comme sur les photos ! Très propre, calme, bien situé, proche de tout. Judith a été super sympa, très accueillante, réactive et toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Les vélos étaient super pratiques pour se déplacer facilement. On a passé un excellent séjour. Une chose est sûre, c'est que nous reviendrons. Merci encore c’était parfait 🙏🏼

Anne-Marie was a superb welcoming host who met us at check in and provided some great advice for local restaurants. The place is very well decorated, which the photos do not do justice to. Finally, the village surrounds are absolutely stunning, and Anne-Marie's place is very well located with only a short stroll into the centre. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Anne-Marie's place.

Séjour de trois jours parfait emplacement nickel. L’avantage est ce sont les places gratuites et rien à redire. Nous sommes très contents.

Ik heb 4 weken doorgebracht in de accomodatie van Jolanda. Voor lang verblijf is het zeker geschikt. Het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, mooie luxe ruimte. Het verblijf zit achter een extra hek wat een veilig gevoel geeft en het is privé. De winkels zijn op loopafstand (15 min) en Badhoevedorp is een rustige omgeving. Binnen een kwartier rijden kon ik dagelijks naar Amsterdam. Ik kon elke dag gratis voor het huis parkeren. Jolanda is een fijne, vriendelijke host.

There is a word in Danish that seems to be the most reflective of the feeling that I got in this space, and that word is Hygge. From the comfort of the space w/ good lighting, the amenities of comfort, or even just the general attitude of the family when I arrived. Etienne has catered a fantastic atmosphere and her host Marcia was kind and responsive in all communications. My only gripe is that this time I couldn't stay here longer, but I would be looking to this spot again should I return!

Très jolie logement entouré de verdure, situé un petit un dehors du centre-ville d’Amsterdam mais très facile d’accès. Une chambre très sympathique pour se reposer après des longues journées de visite en ville.

Hôte très sympathique et réactive ! Nous avons été accueillis avec de belle surprises, un verre personnalisé et quelques collations! Logement impeccable, propre et décoré avec goût ! Parfait pour un week-end ! Logement bien desservi! Un petit livret avec beaucoup d’informations (numéros d’urgence/ informations pratiques et bonnes adresses à proximité) Merci Pim ! ☺️

Das Haus selber aber auch vor allem der so toll und liebevoll gestaltete Garten haben uns erstmal kurz sprachlos gemacht. Der Garten ist wirklich ein Traum! Das Haus ist auch so toll und gemütlich eingerichtet, es gibt genug Platz für 4 Leute (am riesigen Tisch sogar für 6), die Küche und das Bad sind sehr gut ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber, weswegen wir uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt haben und gerne noch länger als nur 2 Nächte geblieben wären. Die Gastgeber waren auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend:) 10/10

Nous recommandons ce logement agréable et confortable où nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec en prime des conseils très utiles ! Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme et proche du centre ville.

Loved my stay with Wiko. Having a huge bathtub, shower and a sauna 🎀was great after a long days walking in the rain. Very clean. All appliances work perfectly. Loved the birds in the morning. Only negative of this place. There is very very limited place to put your clothes or hang them. You are basically leaving the stuff in your suitcase . Notice: if you are a person with limited mobility, I would take a moment to ask the charming Wiko to put the linens on the bed. The clean linen is in the closet. Putting sheets on a twin bed (the middle part) might be a challenge for some.

Mark was extremely amazing host, super helpful and friendly, gave us local suggestions ♥️ House was amazing, with fascinating view on a lake and beautiful surroundings, we enjoyed a lot. Definitely recommended ♥️

Heleen's place is located in a beautiful, peaceful place and the cottage is great, even better than the pictures. Surrounded by gardens, canals and lots of nature, is ideal for relaxing and exploring nature around. The cottage is big, comfortable, super clean and has lovely gardens around. Only 8 minutes by car there is the Breukelen's train station from where you can reach easily Utrecht, Amsterdam and other locations. I stayed for a month and if I could have, I'd have stayed longer. Heleen is very helpful and knows everything about the area, giving tips about restaurants, shops, walk trails, and other amenities you can find around. A very fast internet and a free parking space in front of the house are a big plus. Highly recommended!

Wir (m, 64 und f,52) waren 4 Tage da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Niels wohnt nebenan, reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachrichten / Fragen / Problemanzeigen, perfekt! Niels ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sauber. Bushaltestelle und Supermarkt sind nah, gut fussläufig zu erreichen. Der eigene Parkplatz unmittelbar vor der Haustür ist sehr praktisch.

Our stay was outstanding. The unit is everything g we wanted . Clean, specious , perfect for a family of 4 . Fully equipped, and with great access to traveling all over the Netherlands by car as we did. The town itself is also a typical Dutch medium town - villgage atmosphere with the facilities of an urban area. Lastly our host Meri and her family were the perfect match for the unit they offer . Highly responsive , helping in every way they can , and make your stay a pleasure . Thank you Meri!

I cannot recommend this place enough! It is a small apartment but it has everything you need. The wardrobe is so big, it could even fit my big travel backpack, big luggage, and small luggage next to my clothes. In general, I was very impressed by the equipment. It was by far the best equipped airbnb I have ever lived in. The location is lovely! You have supermarkets close by, the bus station right next to you and the poort and Ijmeer are in walking distance (great for watching the sunset). On top of that, Renato has been super kind, responding quickly, and has helped me a lot.

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in der Unterkunft von Frans und Yvonne. Der CheckIn verlief reibungslos und Yvonne war jederzeit erreichbar, um uns bei Fragen weiterzuhelfen. Unsere persönlichen Highlights waren das kleine Motorboot, mit dem man die Umgebung erkunden konnte sowie der sich vor der Unterkunft befindende kleine Garten, in welchem man entspannte Stunden genießen konnte. Die Unterkunft war sauber und es war alles da, was man braucht.
