The house was exactly as described. The location is amazing, and the patio is out of this world. We had a great time!

We had a very good time at Mike's place. The surroundings are very beautiful and the house is very enjoyable too. The weather was on our side so we were lucky enough to be able to enjoy the pool and to swim in the river Amstel and to use her pebble board too. Staying there with kids allowed them to use the trampoline daily and to play in the garden. There is nothing (town, shops) at walking distance so for that you need to take the car but the view and beautiful landscape you get just by looking outside the windows when you wake up is worthwhile!

Excellent stay for 2 families. The garden with the view of the lake just magical. Very quiet. In the middle of nature and still close to shops and restaurants. Thanks for the loan of the bikes and boat. It was awesome to get around on the water. The area is beautiful and within reasonable distance of different cities to visit . Floris is a thoughtful host (Easter decor, welcome gifts...) and responded during the day to our messages. The house was very spacious and very clean. Authentic charm of an old farmhouse. Thanks for the real break

Wonderful space, beautifully curated. It was especially good for kids; we could easily tour Holland during the day and then kids could play outside the large house on evenings and weekends. Highly recommend for families!

Nico was incredibly friendly and the house was exactly how it looked in the photos. Very easy access to the sprinter train to get to downtown Amsterdam. Highly recommend!

Are you looking for a staycation or traveling to Amsterdam with family or friends and looking for a mix of nature and City life then your search ends here. Aside from Mart being a great host and opening his home for us, it's greatly located 20 min from the airport and 20 min to downtown (by car), The Harbor is down the road where you can rent a boat and spend a lovely day in the lake of Vinkeveen where you can hop between islands and have lunch/dinner, you can ride bikes or go for a run or you can stay home and have a lovely bbq. The house is very spacious with incredible design and views. I can't wait to go back.

Very nice house in a calm neighborhood. Michiel and Diana were very helpful and responsive. Very steep stairway in the house, but that is tradition in Netherlands. But should be considered for people who could struggle with stairways. There is also no room to store away or hang clothes and they all have to be kept in your luggage in each of the rooms. Nevertheless, the house is really nice and enjoyable.

Our stay in this lovely villa was truly a highlight! The house is very modern, stylish, and furnished with great attention to detail - we felt completely at home. The peaceful location and the view of the water provided pure relaxation. Ginger and Pepsi, the two cats, were the absolute highlight for us and made our stay even more special! The management was super friendly and helpful, and every question was answered quickly. We’d love to return in summer to enjoy the amazing outdoor activities like the SUP boards. Highly recommended! First of all, the landlord was very kind and polite. The location of his house and his house were the best place I have ever stayed. The house was very clean and tidy. Thank you very much for everything.

We enjoyed Barbara's house very much and especially that we had bicycles available with which we could ride to Amsterdam and the surrounding area. Since the house is the private home of Barbara and her children, it is also very personally decorated with photos etc. If that's too private for you, you should book something else - we thought it was great, because it makes you feel right at home! Barbara was on vacation herself, but check-in was super easy and there was a lot of helpful information and tips noted on slips in the house.

Gerdie's house is nicely made and decorated, spotless clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is really quiet and the location is great, close to Amsterdam and not far from Keukenhof. Gerdie is a very welcoming and nice host, we felt like at home in her lovely house and we'll keep only good memories from our short stay there.

We had a great time at Bart’s house, we felt right at home, the neighborhood and the village is very charming. The house is as described and as pictured. My kids also had a fun time. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed. Many thanks

We had a great time in Niels and Hiske's lovely home! It was easy to find, check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the home's location was great - both in terms of touring different cities in the Netherlands (as we did) and getting to Amsterdam. We loved being able to use the charming garden in the evenings, and we really enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood - evne though the town itself is actually quite lively and fun! We also liked that supermarkets, shops and restaurants were within very close proximity, making it easy to shop for groceries. We had all ammenities that we needed available and at our disposal, which made us feel right at home. It's always nice to be able to cook properly and do laundry while travelling. Most importantly, Niels and Hiske were excellent, hospitable and kind hosts, who made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. Thank you so much for having us, and for being such gracious hosts!

This absolutely lovely house ticked every box possible for our family. We had come to the Netherlands to visit friends and family and we felt as though the house were our own for the week we were here. Roger was so accommodating at every stage of our vacation and we really appreciated everything about our stay. So sad to be leaving Ouderkerk but hoping to return again in the not too distant future. Thank you Roger and family for a wonderful week.

Dick’s place was great. And Abcoude was a nicest little village so our time was perfect. Had a chance to meet Dick at the time of check out and he was so helpful, friendly, and polite. Would definitely recommend to others.

We had a good stay in Sharon's house. it is spacious. and well located. transport is not far. i recommend for families. to note just one double bed for adults. the second bed for adults is actually 2 mattresses of 90. Sharon is very easy to reach and the explanations are clear. Thank’s !
