In July & August, per week! Our unique house is on a headland with water on 2 sides. Centrally located between Amsterdam and Utrecht. Nearby are marinas and recreational homes. From the road, you walk to the ferry, with which you sail to the cottage yourself. The house is only accessible by raft/boat. The house has a garden, wooden scaffolding and seats. Inside, the house is equipped with all comforts: there is floor heating, air conditioning and WiFi. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, 2nd toilet and bathroom.

It has all you need for a wonderful stay: peace & quiet, beautiful views over the countryside, luxury and comfort. Just 10 minutes away from Amsterdam + free parking space!

Welkom in ons "Tiny House" Buitenpost in Abcoude. Het gezellige huisje ligt in een uniek Hollands landschap, dichtbij Amsterdam. Natuurgenieters kunnen bij ons hun hart ophalen. Mondriaan heeft veel in deze omgeving geschilderd. Ons gastenverblijf voor twee personen staat achter het oude Tolhuis aan het Velterslaantje. Het is een zelfstandig huisje met eenvoudige keuken, woonkamer en badkamer met regendouche. Het huisje heeft vloerverwarming. Een houten trap leidt naar de slaapverdieping.

The house consists of 2 spacious bedrooms each with individual bath room, there is a living and a large kitchen. The folding doors brings you to the big private garden which gives you a panoramic view to the surrounding pastures with grazing sheep and cows. On the first floor you will find one open space for relaxing, dining and a fire place.

Je wordt wakker in een knusse, moderne tiny watervilla en de zon piept door de ramen. Je stapt naar buiten, neemt een diepe adem van de frisse ochtendlucht en voor je ligt het glinsterende water van de Vinkeveense Plassen. Binnen een paar tellen spring je het heldere water in voor een verfrissende ochtendduik. Daarna nestel je je op de steiger, handdoek om je heen en zon op je gezicht. Koffie in de hand, vogels op de achtergrond – pure rust. je kunt ook een elektrische bakfiets huren.

Welcome to our home. This beautiful farm in the typical Dutch countryside was built in the beginning of the last century. We bought & created this lovely place and split it into two houses and the barn next to it as a tiny conference place. The backhouse is what we offer for rent: this used to be the stables in the old days and is now a big, open space with an upstairs. The house is surrounded by a 800m2 garden, included the space under the haystack.

Stay in the former eighteenth-century summer house of the Bouwerij on the Ridderhofstad Gunterstein estate on the Vecht in Breukelen.
