Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Dearborn County

Instructions to the house were spot on. We had a great time! Dawn was very friendly and answered any questions and concerns we had quickly. She even mowed some taller grass for us when she saw us looking for disc golf discs in it while practicing in the back yard. We would definitely book again if we take another trip that way.

A great place to stay with kids

Leslie's place was super clean, warm and inviting. Felt like home from the moment we pulled up. Her attention to details and care for the home was evident from the moment we walked through the doors. I highly recommend her home. She was also very kind and responsive!

Super cute cottage. Beds were comfortable and had enough towels and kitchen things👍 Loved the attention to detail with all the Miami decor. Super close to uptown and campus!

Marie's place was perfect. A group of us came to Kentucky to see the Ark Encounter for my birthday. The beds were comfy, very clean, fire pit was relaxing and great communication. The only downside I had was the shower pressure. I tried different settings on the shower head, but the pressure was still low, and it was hard to rinse out the shampoo for us ladies. This is the bathroom near the kitchen, but other than that, everything was great. Thank you again!

Our stay was very nice and had a great time. We were able to feel right at home. Was great the 7 of us. Was great to have stocked kitchen and big pots and pans to be able to cook the full meal in. The deck in the back was our place most of the time. View was beautiful and wild life was seen several times. Mark and Janet were great to work with and communicate with. We had a WiFi issue but Mark jumped on it immediately to get issue taken care of. I felt like I knew them a long time. Thank you so much. We will be back again.

COUPLES GETAWAY with a TEENAGER. Simply beautiful place. Main Level was spacious and perfect for family gathering. The Upstairs and basement bedrooms were perfect for privacy. We enjoyed every moment.

We were in the area to visit family. Melinda was very helpful to answer any questions we had. The School House is wonderful. We absolutely enjoyed our time listening to the birds sing in the morning and small fires in the fire pit in the evening. We felt right at home. We would definitely stay again.

Love the place! 5 mins to downtown Madison and the river. The place was just as described, great amenities, clean, picturesque and had a cute very friendly cat outside

Bruce's place was right down the street from the Creation Museum. It made it super convenient. It is well furnished with everything you need. Just make sure you read that it is down a flight a stairs to get in. You are able to park right there so it wasn't a problem for us. Bruce is responsive, helpful, and personable. The dogs are also super friendly.

The pictures don’t do it justice! It had lots of natural light and great space for spreading out. This place is absolutely perfect for any family traveling. We had 4 kids with us and the ability to let them play in the fenced-in yard was invaluable. The view out the back patio was peaceful and added a restful touch to our trip. The location was very convenient for the Ark Encounter, downtown Cincinnati, and the Creation Museum. The place was spotless and well stocked! We will be staying here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful home, in a peaceful neighborhood, amazing host

Staying here was perfect. It was well maintained, very clean, and had all the accessories and things you would need while staying there. Additionally, everything was labeled to make it easy to quickly begin feeling at home there. All the instructions are excellent as well. Loved it!

Great place will be back

Was in town for the Bayern Munich game, and this was such an easy location to get into the city from, while still being quiet and feeling secluded. My kid loved the animals too. Arrival and property instructions were clear and easy, amenities were as described. Thanks again!

The cabin was just like the description. It was very clean and it felt just like home. It was so peaceful and quiet. I had a very nice stay with my family.

What a great getaway! Our son experienced his first time fishing (and catching!) and what a great place to make those memories. It was a quick hour drive to Noahs Ark. The hot tub was squeaky clean and the sunrises and sunsets were spectacular.

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens 1 toddler) had such an awesome vacation. The cabin is so cozy and relaxing. Our hosts were very friendly and communicated well. The only thing we needed to buy was food, everything else was provided and plentiful. Lots of seating in the large, open living room. 3 rooms upstairs 1 downstairs, with a bathroom on each floor. The water pressure in the showers was amazing. We spent a bit of time walking through the creek that runs right through the front yard. There were a couple of nights when we saw deer grazing in the front yard. During our stay, we visited Downtown Madison several times. The Red Pepperoni, The Red Pepper Deli and Horst's Little Bakery Haus were a few of our favorite eating spots. The town is welcoming and full of unique store fronts and houses, many of which were built in the 1800's. Despite the age of the town, it is very well maintained and full of life. Thank you for opening your home to our family! We would love to stay again.

The cabin exceeded our expectations. The information supplied and cabin amenities were great. We were primarily fishing and the cabins are very easy to get to ramps, bait, restaurants, etc.. We are a group of retirees with one member who needs wheelchair access and the layout and facilities worked great for him. This was our first visit to a Stone Gate Cabin and it is on our list to return in the future.

This was such a quaint cabin. Really beautiful and we really enjoyed the peacefulness. He is a great host. Nice snacks, very quick to respond. Michael took great care of us, we ran out of propane for cooking and he made sure we had more in a very reasonable amount of time. It was a great adventure and Michael made it a good one! Thank you.
