It is a place where you can relax to the max. It is a beautiful, clean and well-kept house. Spacious rooms and a kitchen with everything you need. The terrace of the house is spacious and has an extraordinary sea view. Also, the yard is very beautiful and constantly maintained. I communicated very well with Maria whenever it was necessary. It is a place to which I would return with great pleasure and joy.

We were 7 people and we all loved our stay here! George is an amazing host - he's very kind and friendly, he was making sure that we have everything that we need. The location is great - next to the beach and just 10 merers from the taverna!

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped, with lots of hot water and very good wifi. It has a lovely garden facing east, perfect for breakfast outside in the sun. There are restaurants, a bar, small shops and a small beach 10 minutes walk away and lovely beaches within 15 minutes drive. You can swim very close to the apartment but the shore is stony and you’d need water shoes. The neighbourhood is very quiet, apartment is close to the main road but not enough traffic to bother us. Highly recommended.

From the very first day here we felt the assistance and support of the hosts! They are very friendly, always open to help and communicate. The place itself looks the same as in the pictures with a great garden full of fruit trees! We like it here very much! Supermarket is close, beach, bakeries etc. just 3 mins by car! It’s very convenient, it’s calm and peaceful here! We advice everyone come and feel all the fresh sea air here one day! It’s worth it! Thank you once again, Alexia and Stathis and allllll the wonderful pets you have!

Мы с женой и нашей собакой и нашими друзьями остановились в доме Джорджа в начале мая на неделю. Жилье полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям! Для 4 взрослых, 1 ребенка и 1 собаки места было очень много. Отличная кухня со всем необходимым, большая закрытая территория. В 20 минутах пешком поселок Метаморфосис, где есть несколько хороших заведений. В 5 минутах на машине - Никити, где есть вообще все, что нужно. Приватный и красивый пляж (в начале мая мы били там одни!) - в 4 минутах пешком через дорогу! Мы реккомендуем это жилье всем, кто ценит тишину и комфорт, при этом находясь недалеко от кафе и магазинов! Спасибо, Джордж!

The house is really great, not big but functional, with a beautiful garden witch we used the most. The kitchen is very modern and have almost evrything you might need. If you have active kids, the park in front of the house would be really helpful. The beach in front of the house is good, quiet and relaxing, with small rocks at the entry and than sand. Tessa, the host, even if we didn't meet, was very nice and receptive. She left lots of wellcome gifts for us and also gave us a lot of useful information. From our point of view is a great place to stay at a very good price.

Великолепный отдых на берегу. В доме есть все, что необходимо для отдыха семьи из 4 человек, зонты, лежаки. Пляж песчаный. Летняя кухня великолепная, газовая плита, электроплита, камин-мангал, стол, прекрасные виды на море...

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Anette und Costa. Das Haus liegt sehr schön, man hat seine Ruhe und ist doch nah an Kavala, sowie vielen schönen Orten und Stränden. Die Ruhe und der eingezäunte Garten sind für Hunde wunderbar, wir mussten uns keine Gedanken mit unserem Hund machen. Die Hütte ist genau wie beschrieben und man hat alles (oder sogar mehr), was man braucht. Anette hat immer sehr schnell und freundlich auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet. Beim Check in war sie sehr flexibel und hat uns alles erklärt. Mit dem Auto kommt man gut an die Unterkunft. Preis-Leistung einzigartig! P.s. Gerade mit älteren Kindern sollte man beachten, dass es kein WLAN gibt, wie es auch in der Beschreibung steht. Danke für alles :) wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Einsam gelegene Villa mit Platz und Ruhe. Netter Empfang durch Maria, die sich um alles kümmert. Sehr sauber. Die nahe Straße ist kaum zu hören, da oberhalb des Hauses. Zum (wilden) Strand ca. 150m durch den Garten. Wir waren zu fünft und haben alle bequem geschlafen. Man bekommt Ruhe und Einsamkeit, auch am Strand.

Man mietet nicht nur ein wunderschön renoviertes Haus das liebevoll eingerichtet ist , sondern bekommt von Meletis auch alle Informationen.Selbst bei überraschendem Kälteeinbruch war Meletis aus Thessaloniki mit Decken und Heizlüfter zur Stelle . Ein Highlight ist das griechisch -orthodoxe Osterfest wo man auch als Tourist herzlich willkommen ist . Ebenso sind zahlreiche Wanderungen am Strand und in der Umgebung in herrlichster Natur zu empfehlen.

Απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα και χαλαρωτική ατμόσφαιρα, ιδανικό για οικογένειες και ζευγάρια. Πολλά μπράβο στον ευγενέστατο ιδιοκτήτη Μιχάλη που φαίνεται οτι γνωρίζει πολύ καλά την περιοχή και μας κατατόπισε άψογα για το ποίες παραλίες να επισκεφθούμε, προτείνοντας μας επίσης ταβερνάκια. Ελπίζω σύντομα να μπορέσουμε να επισκεφθούμε ξανά την βίλα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!! 🌟

Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt! Im Wohnwagen wohnt die Besitzerin des Hauses mit Hund. Wir hatten damit kein Problem! Verständigung ehr schwierig, da sie nir griechisch spricht. Dennoch ist es vielleicht nicht jedermann Sache.. Denn auch der Hund läuft gerne auf der Wiese rum und legt sich sehr gerne auf die Terrasse zu chillen.. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind gut zu Fuss und auch mit dem Auto erreichbar! Wer mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, sollte früh aufstehen um einen geeigneten Parkplatz zu finden! Wir würden wieder hinkommen. ;) Grüße aus Stuttgart

Séjour très très agréable à Edessa et des conseils pratiques très avisés par Théo qui est un excellent hôte, aimable, très attentionné envers ses clients. Je recommande fortement ce très sympathique garçon qui malgré ses occupations familiales s’est beaucoup investi pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible.

Eine tolle Wohnung direkt am Meer, ein schöner Garten wo die Kinder spielen konnten und einen abschließbarer Privat Parkplatz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Giannis war super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Ein kleiner Tipp das Meer hat sehr viele Seeigel dem entsprechend vorbereitet kommen.

Beautiful and peaceful place, amazing and caring hosts, very friendly, kind and communicative; welcomed us with food and gave us fruits and jam throughout our stay, made us feel just like at home :) perfect if you’re looking for a retreat, away from tourists. We enjoyed it so much and would definitely recommend!

Muhteşem. Manzara olağanüstü, büyüleyici. Kalabalıktan uzak, sessiz, sakin, huzurlu. Cennet. Konstantina çok misafirperver. Erken vardık ve plajda beklerken Konstantina bize plaja çesitli soğutulmuş meyveler ve içecek getirdi. Ayrıca evde tatilimiz sonuna kadar yeten bir sürü ikramları oldu. En ufak ayrıntısına kadar her şey düşünülmüştü. Çok teşekkür ederiz Konstantina. Umarım en kısa zamanda tekrar görüşürüz.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely beautiful, clean, and comfortable — just like in the photos. The host was very friendly and communicative, which made everything smooth and easy. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to others!

Ubytování je v přízemí, kde byl příjemný chládek a nebylo třeba ani zapínat klimatizaci. Nachází se kousek od kamenité pláže, písčitá je o něco dál. Hostitel vždy rychle reagoval na naše zprávy a pomohl nám řešit nastalé situace. Půjčil nám i slunečník na pláž :). Auto jsme mohli mít bezpečně zaparkované ve dvoře za zamknutou bránou.

Πολύ όμορφο, ανακαινισμένο κι ευρύχωρο σπίτι με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Έχει ζεστό νερό όλη μέρα, κλιματισμό, ίντερνετ(όχι πολύ γρήγορο), η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κι όλα ήταν καθαρά. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή, με μόνο δυό τρία σπίτια τριγύρω και χωραφάκια(είχαμε γείτονα ένα άλογο). Είναι μακριά από σούπερ μάρκετ ή άλλα μαγαζιά. Για όποιον δεν έχει αμάξι, υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου στα 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Εγώ κινήθηκα κυρίως πεζός αλλά δεν το προτείνω. Ο ιδιοκτήτης συμπαθητικός και βοηθητικός. Το μέρος δεν προτείνεται για άτομα σε αμαξίδιο(έχει 2-3 σκαλάκια στην είσοδο και στην τουαλέτα). Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε άτομα με μεταφορικό, γνώστες των μμμ ή άτομα που θέλουν να μείνουν κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο για εύκολη πρόσβαση.

Really good stay at the beginning of September - two friends. Beach is 20 steps from the entrance and that’s amazing. Very good location, close to everything lots of good cheap restaurants around, nice bar for late night drinks etc. I have nothing bad to say really. Great place for the money. House is spacious, ac works great same for hot water. There’s a little terrace space for morning coffee and a smoke or for dinning if you actually cook during your holidays (would not recommend cooking as a gyros across the road is 4€) Great host and very responsive, sent instructions (auto translated but accurate) and helped with everything throughout the stay

Questa casetta tradizionale greca ci ha regalato dieci giorni di pace e di assoluto relax. Qui tutto e' piacevole e armonioso. Le amache, il giardino degli ulivi a vista mare, il patio attrezzato, la doccia davanti alla luna, i gattini del quartiere...sono state per noi coccole indimenticabili. Consiglieremo sicuramente questo posticino agli amici. Uniche note impirtanti da segnalare: -per raggiungere l'abitazione serve un'automobile perche' si trova lontano dal centro del paese; - i posti letto "ufficiali" sono tre, un letto matrimoniale alla francese in una camera e un letto singolo largo nell'altra (ma nella casa ci sono anche due divani letto singoli, uno in cucina e uno in corridoio). Grazie a Rena e a suo marito per la loro gentilezza. E' stato un piacere conoscervi
