Very nice place, beautiful beach with crystal clear water. The hosts were amazing, very nice people and always responsive through our whole stay. With a little rennovation the house could become priceless. The complex is mostly inhabited by the owners of the houses, so not pretty much of a touristic place.

Perfect location for a holiday near the beach. The host was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come again in this location.

Our stay in the apartment in Nea Fokea was nice and pleasant. The apartment is comfortable and functional, just as it is in the description. Communication with the hosts was quick and simple. Near the apartment there is a small wild beach with a slightly steep approach. The apartment is not in the center, but it is very close to restaurants, shops, the city beach... (about 350 meters) We sincerely recommend these wonderful, friendly hosts and their apartment.

Ariadne was an extremely responsive host, even checking in a few days into our stay asking if everything was going well. The location was great with a short walk into the village of afytos close enough to get to things but far enough out of the crowds so that it was still quiet.

House is wonderful, big enough for 3 families with kids, includes all needed ementities for comfortable long time stay. We really felt like at home. Surroundings are wonderful, green forest view from terrace, few minutes walk to the beach, which is very nice, clean, very private and not croudy, shallow and perfect for kids. We recommend this place and happy to get back again.

Quiet and peaceful location 5-6 minutes from the beach of Siviri. Stefanos was very helpful and responded quickly. The place was clean and tidy and had all the amenities listed. A few not so substantial remarks - bloated and non humidity door to one bathroom, lack of even small amounts of spices.

The House is as mine hause. The Hause is clean and comfortable. The kitchen devices are also full. And it has got two refrigerator. Thanks everything was fine except the noise. The tavern was loud after midnight even in weekdays, there is people speaking so loudly and shouting each other and a motorcycle that breaks gas in the middle of every night. We couldn't sleep well.

A very friendly family. The house is absolutely functional, with a beautiful yard and surroundings. Everything is very clean, we felt at home. See you again! :)

Communication was quick and easy. Anna was very warm and welcoming, and made sure that everything was perfect for our stay. She even greeted us with a welcoming gift and drinks, and some Christmas candy. The place itself is very clean and cosy. The bed is likely the most comfortable bed we’ve slept in! The location is also great: quiet street, and walking distance from the city centre. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Anna’s place is beautifully presented, very well equipped, and in a stunning location on top of a hill with views over the sea. It is close to a beautiful wild beach (tricky access though) as well as the town of Ouranopoli which offers lots of restaurants, shops, and other services. She is a friendly and accommodating host and made us feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days there and would love to come back one day!

We had an amazing stay, the house is 5 mins away from the beach and the busy area of the village where all the restaurants and shops are, but still quest at night. The hosts were very warm and open people, the place had everything that is needed for a good vacation, I for sure will stay there when traveling to Kallithea again.

Arnaia is a beautiful village and Dimitri’s traditional house puts you right into the heritage of the place. Great stay!

The place is amazing! The garden ends on the beach. Very calm and beautiful! Everything you need is in the house, there is enough space. Also a lot of restaurants 5-10 minutes walking distance. There are also places which deliver food and you can eat on the great terrace. It was very very nice stay, we recommend it for sure and will stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Stone House. It was a lovely location and an easy base from which to explore. Maria and her parents were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome!

Very clean and cozy house. We had a perfect vacation renting this place. Restaurants and beach are very near.

Except that the photos does not show the road between the house and the rocky shores nearby, the place was just as described. In fact I am glad that the road was not shown because I may not have choosen this house with beautiful view to Aliki bay. Despite we spend a full week in high season, we did not have even a slight road noise or whatsoever. House was very friendly and always helpful when needed. There are many beautiful spots for swimming at walking distance in Aliki bay. Deserve the price? Almost…. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

The place was great for our family (parents and 2 children). The beach was private and excellent. We did not think we would use the pool but ended up going a few times and that was excellent too. The house was very spacious with lot of room, clean and comfortable. The spiral staircase may be challenging for small kids though (our kids are adults). The only real concern was the location which we thought was going to be much closer to Nea Fokea but it was 3km up the coast and not walkable to the village (the road has no sidewalk). Definitely need a car to get to the village or restaurants.

I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The place has everything you need, ac in all rooms, and was well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The surroundings are beautiful and the garden has great views, we had a great time!

Our family stay in Greece was wonderful, including thanks to the well-chosen house. Everything, from the meeting with the owner to the departure, was organized at the highest level. The house is suitable for living with small children despite the stairs. the territory and location of the house are very convenient. Do not worry about silence and privacy, it is all here. From my point of view, considering that it was a quiet holiday for a family with children, the house was ideal.

Konstantinos is a responsive and proactive host. He's place is at a perfect location for anyone that loves to swim or chill at the sea a minute away from the apartment. The beach stretch is good for jogging and the place is close to the supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and the pier for viewing the sunset.
