Apartment holiday rentals in Décines-Charpieu

I spent six weeks here on a business trip, with the accommodation arranged by my company. It matched the description perfectly, and most importantly, Shpetim is a kind and helpful host. The apartment is located in a quiet and pleasant courtyard, right next to a bus stop and with a view of the OL stadium. Everything worked as it should. The only minor downside for me was the soft mattresses, but that’s just a personal preference. Otherwise, it’s a great place for short stays and also well-suited for longer-term accommodation.

Very good stay on site excellent to go to the stadium or to the LDLC Arena ... a little long to get to the center of Lyon with the work on public transport communication with the host simple easy stay.

I came to attend a concert at the LDLC arena. It is very close (15 min walk, 5 min by bus 85) and this allowed me to go to the concert without worrying about traffic on the road. The apartment was very close, not far from a pizzeria and bakery for meals. Overall a great rental!

The space was clean, tidy, and easy to access. It's easy to get to within a 10-minute walk from Arena and Groupama stadium. The host can be reached easily. I recommend if you do an event nearby

The accommodation is in excellent condition, refurbished very recently. Very clean, tidy and well-equipped, you immediately feel good there. Parking is a little far away, no parking in the immediate vicinity, it's the only small downside if you are loaded. A spacious closed bedroom, and a large and comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Ideal for more than two people.

The place was just perfect! Very well-equipped, clean, functional and faithful to the description. Everything is designed for the comfort of travelers: full kitchen, comfortable bedding, fast wifi, and even a few small touches on arrival. It feels like home. Responsive and welcoming host. I would recommend it blindly and would not hesitate to come back!

We had a pleasant and excellent stay! Listing matches photos. Quite spacious and clean, with impeccable bedding. In addition, it is very well located, many things are within walking distance. Isabelle is a very responsive host. ☺️ Small negative point in terms of insulation... you can hear outside and in the evening it was hot in the room (during our stay it was over 30 degrees in the shade). But apart from that, it was perfect Would highly recommend!

An exceptional host! My friend and I stayed two nights to attend a concert at the LDLC Arena. Very pleasant, smiling and accommodating, Sylvie made us very comfortable and we felt at home. She even accompanied us to the concert hall to show us the way. Everything was perfect, we will come back without hesitation, thank you again! 😁

Odile was always responsive and very flexible with our booking request. The apartment is in an ideal location - with a fabulous bakery just steps away. You are in the middle of the action, with beautiful views. The bedroom is in the back, so the nightlife sounds do not disturb your sleep. Would definitely return to this location.

I had a very pleasant stay in this apartment, the decoration of which is warm and refined, the geographical location very convenient and the host particularly responsive. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

Top accommodation for a short vacation in Lyon or home office. Well-equipped (kitchen, bathroom, desk area), in a quiet neighborhood and with good metro or tram connections. A parking space for the car and bicycles was another plus. Hosts are very kind and caring. We felt very comfortable and would book again anytime.

Xavier is a great host, fast and helpful at responding to our questions and he made the slightly circuitous check-in process very smooth by sending photos that made it easy to manage. The apartment is older (has high ceilings and nice period features). Be prepared for "Les Pentes": this area of Lyon is cool, artsy and bohemian. There is a lot of graffiti everywhere but it's street art, not vandalism! (In fact, right next door to the building is an international school of art and design). I'm so glad we stayed in Les Pentes: so much character (compared to over-touristy vieux Lyon), great restaurants etc. The only problem we had was with the elevator. We were traveling with heavy suitcases and not thrilled to discover the elevator only operates from the first floor (not ground) and the afternoon we arrived wasn't working at all. So be prepared.

Olivier was so delightful to deal with, very responsive and detailed! The spacious apartment was modern but also had old world charm in the large exposed beam and stone work. There were a few lovely restaurants within a 5-10 min walk and the old part of Lyon just a 20 minute walk away! He was so flexible when we arrived early and allowed us to drop our luggage so we could explore Vieux Lyon until check in. It was a bit warm as the AC hadn’t yet been activated but all the fans helped overcome that! Overall we would highly recommend this lovely property. Thank you Olivier!

Great, everything was in line with the listing, even the reviews of previous tenants were taken into account, 2 sets of towels, 4 coffee pods, frankly nothing to say, it's really classy, I recommend it 100%!

Myself, my husband and our best friend stayed here for a few days to visit Lyon. The apartment is superb, it was spotlessly clean, had great amenities and was in a great location. The host gave us excellent instructions for check in so the apartment was very easy to find. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t recommend Clement’s apartment enough.

Great accommodation near Lyon, accessible by transport (bus, tram, etc.). Quiet residence and great and easy to use jacuzzi. We recommend! Thanks to Antoine who is a responsive and very nice host.

Great one-night stay with friends. The accommodation as well as the wellness area were perfect: clean and cozy, faithful to the listing. The self check-in is great, with small touches on our arrival.
