We had a pleasant stay in peace and serenity. The place and especially the garden are beautiful! Although there are houses around, you quickly feel like a private place just for yourself. The quality of the services (coffee, drinks), the beauty of the apartment and Cyril's kindness to us were worth a visit. He even alerted us to forget to close our vehicle window in pouring rain! We recommend this place where you quickly forget that it is located in the city center!

Exceptional house for 13 people, the pool is great, the park is incredibly large and the interior of the house is very well designed... you don't get in each other's way at all even with a large group!

Louise was incredibly warm and she made us feel welcome right away. Lovingly furnished accommodation with a well-kept garden and pool. Especially the breakfast was a highlight! Highly recommend even with children.

Helene's house is spacious, neat and has all the amenities you need. The garden with swimming pool is beautiful. Really a place to rest, especially thanks to fine host Helene.

We were hosted very well, urgently because our weekend rental from another host had been canceled without reason at 1 hour of arrival on site. Very responsive and pleasant host, we were offered a crib following our explanation of emergency situation, we were also able to ask if we were missing something and kindly served. We loved the place- very chic, perfect for a group trip, really spacious kitchen and living area and outdoor table for dining which we loved. Really enjoyed the location being able to walk to bakery, supermarket and hire boats along the river.

Quite spacious for 4 people. Perfect parking location. The apartment is quite quiet compared to its location. Access to Groupama Stadium on foot in 25min (beware of the road at night which is quite dangerous on foot).

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

One of the best reservations I've ever made. Jean Luc is very kind (the meal possible on site is a plus and the products offered are of very good quality). Great place to stay, especially if you need to be near the airport. The home was very clean, new inside. Nice kitchen, easy to make dinner and breakfast before our flight out - grocery store within walking distance. Plus a nice place to park the car. Cindy was very responsive and helpful.
