Monthly Rentals in Deer Valley, Holladay Cottonwood

There's a lot of options when it comes to renting in the Deer Valley Silver Lake area, but Alex's property has now shot to the top of our list. Truly walkable to/from both the ski mountain as well as the standout hotels/restaurants in the area, what I also appreciated was the ease of coming and going that this Black Bear Lodge unit in particular offered (including the parking space). The recent renovations were as pictured and stood out, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable - I had one of my best nights of sleep in Park City EVER. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Black Bear Lodge. The property was as described and just right for our family of four for several days skiing.

This house was even better than the pictures! Beautiful windows and fireplaces, and the open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room, and living room connected meant that everyone could hang out together. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable. Walking the couple blocks to the lift was simple, and the free ski and pole overnight storage service plus the shoe storage service ($20 for 4 pairs of shoes) meant it wasn’t a struggle. All in all, we loved this place!

Such a convenient location and hosts were so fast and responsive!
