Holiday rentals with breakfast in Deer Valley

Great location - very accessible to the lifts at Deer Valley. Also - size of the place was great given the number of people we had.

Jay was a great host and we loved our stay here! House was very clean, and well looked after with all the amenities needed. We were in SLC for a conference, and the location was convenient with a 5 min ride to the convention center Jay was responsive and had a quick turn around time to our questions The only feedback I would give is that we wish we could control the temperatures in the bedrooms separately as we had hot and cold sleepers, but we found a happy medium!

The place was cozy, comfortable, clean and comfortable well decorated. Such a nice residential neighborhood with beautiful up-kept homes. So nice how close it was to the ski bus stops that were just 20+ mins to the amazing Brighton Ski resort (highly recommended)!

The place was very clean and comfortable and I felt safe and at home. The host was very responsive. The only thing to consider is it is a basement unit so you will hear ceiling noise. But other than that it was a great place to stay. Very convenient to everything!

Megan made my move to SLC and stay at her place, a lot less stressful than I planned. She is highly communicative, worked with me for checkin and helped get me anything I needed during the stay. I loved the covered parking for winter, and the neighborhood is great- quiet and central to everything. I actually stayed longer than anticipated and Megan made it work. It's a good space for travel or perhaps longer term (like myself).

This house is a gem, especially for a multi generation family. The teenager loved the foosball table but the one year old grandson loved it even more! (He literally wanted to get up in the middle of the night to go play.) He also loved the toys and puppets and books. We all enjoyed the games and even had fun with the family conversation cards. We loved the quiet nooks for reading books (love that old houses have such fun nooks!) and enjoyed the large dining table to gather around as well. Our queen bed was serviceable and firm, but a little eggshell or memory foam would have made it perfect!

The only drawback was the front door (it was rather shabby). and that there was no railing on the steps to the backyard. Other than that the house was wonderful. We all enjoyed everything about it.

Great place and great host. Very clean and comfortable. We will likely return every year!

Great place for our University of Utah college visit weekend that doubled as a ski day up at Park City. We were 5-8 mins to campus depending on where & 45 min to park city, no traffic & clear no snow roads (spring). The basement apartment was very well appointed to suit all our needs with a full kitchen with new appliances & big screen tv to watch March madness final 4!! Will book next time here.

We felt right at home in Mary Ellen's place. Everything we needed was there and we really enjoyed sitting in the backyard. We would stay again. We were there for business at the University and the location was very convenient.

Good value. Had everything we needed for cooking and plenty of tea and coffee. The living room was a good place to relax for a movie after a day on our feet. Bed was comfortable and room nice and dark.

The apartment was cozy and clean. The bed was very comfortable! It was a bit of a walk with luggage due to the snow and not being able to drive the rental car back but not too bad. There is a French press for coffee but no microwave. The TV stations are limited and dependent on the wifi single. I was able to watch March Madness on my computer. It was about a 30 min drive into Park City with tons of horses and beautiful views. On the way back to the apartment, deer and elk were everywhere!

Esther made our birthday stay absolutely fantastic. Every little detail is perfectly done, the breakfast was incredibly delicious, and the whole place is very cozy. Definitely staying here again.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would—our stay at Monica’s was nothing short of exceptional. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, from ice packs to keep our ski lunches chilled to a generous selection of breakfast items that made mornings effortless. The apartment was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was super comfortable, the theater room a great bonus, and the entire space was perfect for unwinding after a full day on the slopes. The kitchen was spacious and impressively stocked—it had everything we needed, from a garlic press to storage containers and quality cookware. Monica truly thought of everything! And the rides to Alta? Truly above and beyond. Monica and Danny’s hospitality made this trip unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

Jameson and Mindy’s place was such a great way to end the trip. It’s outside of SLC enough to give that smaller town feel vibe, but the drive into the city was easy. The views and amenities are just as pictured, and the bed is SO COMFY. They provided great food recommendations (Localz Bistro) and truly had everything we could have needed for an awesome stay. My husband and I hope to be back!

Absolutely wonderful. Pristinely clean property. Everything was so well thought out, all the little details covered. Very clean (and comfortable) bed. Loved the closet full of movies, access to all sorts of drinks and snacks, and the hot tub was a wonderful amenity for us sore, tired hikers. Esther was great at accommodating our earlier than usual breakfast timing request. I want to come back to the area JUST to stay here again.

The world would be a better place if we were all as kind as SLAVA. Her home is welcoming, clean, and comfortable. She is an incredible cook and delights us with fresh prepared breakfast and extras for ski lunches. She even prepared a homemade chicken soup to warm us after a full day of skiing. The blue room has good bedside lighting, the washer/dryer is useful. There is excellent water pressure in the bathroom. SLAVA/Laura readily amended our reservation when we both developed respiratory symptoms and wanted to isolate. They generously, refunded our balance. She is an effervescent senior, lots of energy, and genuinely interested in pleasing her guests. I will think of her flavorful hibiscus tea and cozy blanket throws. SLAVA , you are a #1 hostess. This Bed and Breakfast is exactly what you think of when you hear Bed and Breakfast. The home and decor is authentic. The breakfast was lovely and our housekeeper was very nice. We stay for our Anniversary.

i stayed only for a night but i wish i could stay longer. The place is awesome. Pierrot took care of every single detail, great free breakfast, very safe and quiet neighborhood. Definitely i would recommend it. Will probably come back later in summer. Thanks Pierrot for suggestions for sightseeing and nice conversation with you..

We had a great stay at Joe and Helen’s place during Sundance! 2 minute walk to the bus stop that goes to Main St. They had breakfast for us each morning, which was very nice. They’re locals, so have great recommendations. Would stay here again!

Heber Senator is our favorite staycation place! This is our fourth stay and we love it every time. Breakfast was delicious and they even made me gluten free crepes when I let them know ahead of time that I am gluten intolerant! Very friendly and responsive house manager - we really enjoyed our conversations with her and she made us feel like old friends. We were even able to stay an extra night at a discounted rate when we didn't want to drive through a heavy snow storm to go home. Do yourself a favor and stay at this charming bed and breakfast!

A memorable Airbnb experience! Teresa and Gary were such warm hosts - their kindness, generosity and hospitality is something that was a real highlight of my trip to America. Teresa's house in absolutely beautiful and the cookies + breakfast special! A real human experience and I truly hope to return one day. Thanks Teresa!

I would highly recommend staying here for a short stay or longer! It’s comfortable, clean, has an amazing breakfast, and Esther is a wonderful host. I come through SLC a fair amount and will definitely be staying again!
