This was a great stay!! Had everything we needed, very clean house and peaceful area. Pool was amazing and it was a great stay. Mikhail was very responsive and helped us with anything we needed, very friendly host! Would recommend having a car as there is not a lot around within a 15 minute walk.

Hemos pasado un finde increíble... la zona de exterior es muy cómoda y bonita (al final es lo que más usas en verano) faltaría cubrir un poco la valla para no ver el descampado. La zonas de las habitaciones no nos ha gustado, están muy viejas y antiguas para el precio de la casa.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! Thank you! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ein großartiges Ferienhaus direkt am Binnensee auf La Manga, super ausgestattet, alles war da, was man sich wünschte. Nach knapp zweistündiger Fahrt vom Flughafen Alicante (auf der Rückfahrt mit 9,70 Euro Maut ging es schneller) kommt man auf einer Insel mit unzähligen Hochhäusern in ein kleines Idyll, in dem man sich am Rande von touristischem Leben und Trubel komplett in der Natur fühlt. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen oder länger unbewohnt gewesen, doch nach kurzer Zeit hatten wir alles so hergerichtet, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Danke, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Alquilamos el apartamento de Mercedes por una semana y en general la experiencia fue muy buena. El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones, con preciosas vistas y todo muy limpio. Cada vez que necesitábamos un utensilio o aparato x, lo encontrábamos sin problema. Nos sorprendió gratamente que no entrasen mosquitos ni con las ventanas abiertas por la noche, aún así, disponíamos de enchufes y sprays antimosquitos, lo cual se agradece. Sin embargo, hubo un par de detalles que nos habría gustado saber de antemano: no se nos avisó de que la piscina estaría en obras toda la semana. Fue una pena, ya que era un servicio (incluido en el total) que en su día valorábamos mucho a la hora de escoger alojamiento y que, finalmente, no pudimos disfrutar. Además, el ventilador de techo no funcionaba correctamente con el mando: se podía encender la luz, pero no conseguimos que llegara a dar aire. A pesar de estos aspectos, es un muy buen apartamento para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas y cómodas.

La Mansana est un logement très bien placé dans le quartier et facilement accessible en voiture. Le complexe Vistabella Golf est un endroit incroyable pour des vacances dans un environnement paisible pour tout les habitants. Merci à notre Hôte de nous avoir accueilli dans cette magnifique maison🙂

Fina our host, who is ultra friendly and couldn’t be more helpful, was quick to respond for any questions and cooked us all (12 guests) a fabulous paella . We were delighted to receive fresh eggs every morning to make a large Spanish omelette enjoyed by all. The swimming pool was cleaned every morning before we got up. It’s a fab place for a large family gathering.

fue una excelente estancia, la zona es muy tranquila y cercan de lugares de comida, supermercados, playas, las caminatas por la zona era un tranquilas y mi perretenla paso genial. el apto estaba súper bien ordenado y con todas las comodidades. La piscina comunitaria estaba súper limpia y muy rica. volvería a ir con mucho gusto

This is a beautiful apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean & brushes, vaccum, mop etc available if needed. There is a lot of space and storage. Just accross the road from Zenia boulevard. Short 15 min walk to the beach. Lovely, clean and quiet communal pool area - very quiet - never busy. There was great communication from Olga - she is a fantastic host. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning to stay again

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Viktors Penthouse! Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach traumhaft – der Ausblick vom Balkon ist spektakulär: das weite Meer + die schön gestaltete und abends stimmungsvoll beleuchtete Poolanlage. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Wohnen braucht – man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Auf dem Balkon wäre ein größerer Tisch zum draußen Essen wünschenswert. Auch haben die Sitzmöglichkeiten gefehlt ( nur ein Sessel und ein Sofa) – da steckt noch viel Potenzial drin! Insgesamt aber ein toller Aufenthalt in einer top Lage – wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

A very well proportioned one bed apartment, presented in a very clean and attractive manner. Access to a lovely pool and outdoor terraced area. 10 minute walk to the beach. Hosts communicated clearly and quickly before visit and were available and responsive throughout. A wonderful stay.

What can I say this place was just awesome. From the moment we were greeted on arrival to the moment we checked out this place was a hidden gem. The detail in which it presented from the small things like a thermometer for the sick kids to the big things like cleanliness it had it all… So don’t hold back and think about booking this place just book it and you won’t be disappointed.. Well done mate you have provided something that we will remember and share for a lifetime..

Charming little villa. Outside modern and contemporary. Inside a mix of modern and Spanish, I absolutely loved the charm of this place. Exactly as described. Nieves was a fantastic host very responsive and couldn't of helped us any more.

Polecam ten apartament! Spędziłam tam parę dni ale myślę, że idealnie sprawdziłby się też na dłuższy pobyt. Jest to w pełni wyposażone (pralka, zmywarka, mikrofalówka, kuchenka, naczynia), ładnie urządzone trzypokojowe mieszkanie (dwie sypialnie i przestronny salon z kuchnia + duży balkon) na zamykanym osiedlu w spokojnej okolicy. Dużym plusem jest bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe oraz świetnie działające wi-fi. Mieszkało nam się tam bardzo wygodnie i naprawdę wypoczęliśmy. Dobra jakość Przemiły właściciel i przesympatyczne kobiety Pani IRINA I Pani Venesa które dopięły wrzystko na ostatni guzik 🙃🥰Polecam w 100%

The flat was lovely and Aracha was an attentive host. The flat is near the beach and has plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Would love to come back!

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, in a perfect position for beach & town. Balcony looks out to the sea, wonderful sunrises. Gemma leaves you all he information necessary, easy access to the apartment. Had a wonderful stay & would definitely return.

Am besten hat uns die Lage gefallen – direkt am Strand, einfach toll!

Lo primero que quiero destacar es la atención de Yulia, que fue un encanto en todo momento. Estuvo muy pendiente de nuestra llegada y también durante toda la estancia. Siempre respondía en pocos minutos, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. El apartamento es una maravilla: totalmente reformado, decorado con muy buen gusto y, sobre todo, ¡impecablemente limpio! Hay algunas sugerencias de mejora que creemos que podrían marcar la diferencia: La cama no está a la altura del resto del apartamento. El colchón (de muelles) se hundía en el centro y las almohadas eran demasiado finas. Sería genial renovarlos. Sería un detalle incluir cápsulas de café o sobres de té de cortesía. Echamos en falta algunos básicos en la cocina como aceite de oliva, papel de cocina y utensilios en buen estado. Las sartenes, por ejemplo, estaban bastante desgastadas. Por lo demás, todo perfecto. Sin duda repetiríamos. ¡Muchas gracias, Yulia!

Sehr schönes Apartment. Beim ersten Schritt in die Wohnung, wie zuhause gefühlt. Man hat alles was man braucht und mehr als genug Platz, egal ob in der Wohnung oder auf der zweistöckigen Terrasse. Ein Grill wäre für die Zukunft noch praktisch, damit man es sich zu den Abendstunden gute gehen lassen kann mit wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Pink Lake. Gerne werden wir beim nächsten Alicante Besuch, diese Unterkunft buchen.
