Holiday rentals with a patio in Dehiwala

We had a nice stay with my family. The place is very comfortable stay and the host is quick to respond. The gym is excellent and there is a resident exercise physiologist on hand too. For a small fee they can also set up and help you follow a routing. This worked really well for my father, he was at the gym everyday. There is also a really nice view. The pool was kept very clean and we used it nearly everyday. The kitchen is fully equipped with excellent non-stick (healthy non-stick with no PIFA as I have at home) so we really liked this. There are a few excellent restaurants close by, great food, walking is possible but it really depends on you, but the roads to it may not be for everyone. But certainly excellent dining options. You can always order food to the apartment and it is very easy for delivery folks to find the place, so no issue there. Normally we stay in Colombo but this time we couldn't find a nice place, but this space turned out to be fantastic and served us well.

We stayed at Silunas AirBnb for one month and loved every day of it. It’s located in a beautiful, fairly quiet area yet everything you need is close by – many restaurants and a supermarket are in walking distance and getting to Colombo city center by car or trisho takes less than half an hour. We really loved the big terrace surrounded by palm trees, banana plants, cute chipmunks and fireflies at night. Towards the end of our stay we did however have a problem with a lot of ants inside of the apartment that seemed to be emerging out of nowhere despite not leaving any food out in the open. Overall though we really enjoyed our time in Silunas place and felt very much at home :)

To all my fellow Indian travellers, this is the place to stay in Colombo—posh, away from pesky neighbours, and totally private. 1) Located in a high-rise, the cute little apartment is ideal for 2 couples or a family of 4. 2) The apartment is clean and well lit, as in the pictures. It is modern and equipped with a big fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, geysers, AC, and hob. 3) If any issues arise, ask. The host is gracious and resolves them immediately. We had a comfortable and relaxed stay. Good luck and God bless.

This is a fantastic apartment in a lovely upmarket neighbourhood of Colombo. Shayani was great to communicate with, check-in was easy and the place was spotlessly clean. The flat is well equipped, the beds are comfy and the balcony provides a superb view towards the Colombo seafront. There’s a great little supermarket nearby, along with a Barista coffee shop. In addition to the trendy Wildish restaurant on the ground floor of the building, there are many great restaurants in Park St Mews which is an easy walking distance. This apartment is highly recommmended. We will definitely return. Five stars.

Silmiya & Hashir were fantastic hosts - they facilitated our checkin when our flight landed at 2:30am, meeting us at the apartment to give us the keys. The apartment itself is gorgeous and has a great view of the lotus tower with the infinity pool below it. The bedrooms and bathrooms are really clean and nicely decorated, it’s a really pleasant place to stay. Fantastic location, next to Gangaramaya Temple & Colombo City Centre mall, Tuk tuks/cars easily available for fair prices to other places in the city which are in general within 10 minutes. They also gave us some recommendations and helped us with a bit of an incident that happened to us, giving us advice and pointing us to friends they had for better information. Really great hosts, with a great apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you ☺️

Nice 1-bed-room apartment, good homely feel (but also private as it has a separate entrance and the host doesn't intrude - but is also responsive and contactable if you need anything) and suitable for a solo traveller, couple, or even family with a young child. Nice bedroom, comfy living room space and kitchen (with a table that doubles duty as an extended food prep area and dining table). Only the bedroom has A/C (other spaces have fans) which might be an issue if it's a warm day and you plan to stay in, but would expect that most people who book a stay here will be out during the day anyway, so it's not really an issue. peaceful quiet neighbourhood but urban necessities are accessible within a kilometre which is quite nice.

6 friends had a great stay here!! Amazing views of Colombo city and quiet spacious for an apartment. We had access to pool, gym, sun beds. Was 50m to a supermarket which was really helpful and could walk to a temple. Liyanage met us at reception to give us the keys and orientate us to the house appliances. Swipe access to get into apartment, lift and key for house door made us feel very safe and secure

A Wonderful Stay at Udeni Villa – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Udeni Villa and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. Udeni, the host, truly goes above and beyond for her guests. She is extremely responsible, friendly, and always attentive to any need or request. Her dedication to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience really stood out during our stay. This was our second stay at Mayurie’s place, and it truly feels like a second home for our family. The communication was friendly, and the stay was very comfortable. Highly recommended if you're visiting SriLanka for a holiday. It also offers easy access to High-Level Road and plenty of nearby restaurants.

My family and I spent a few days at this stunning place. The property is larger and more beautiful than the pictures suggest. We were blown away! I was occupied with bird watching in the morning and afternoon. The view is amazing and the garden is beautiful. The place is perfectly located if you are looking for a peaceful place that feels remote in Colombo. You can get Tuks or taxis to get you to Galle Face or other parts of Colombo. If you are looking to stay in Malabe or Battaramulla - this is unbeatable. We enjoyed the proximity to my wife’s family. Where to start, absolutely wonderful stay at Dakshitha and Priyanka's beautiful home. The natural light was incredible in every room, the home being bookended by lush green jungley gardens and floor to ceiling windows also a highlight, large spacious rooms with tunnels of light in each, a large open kitchen and dining space. Beautiful rooftop terrace where there is always a breeze and afternoon sunset, with classy touches at every glance. My small family and I had a fantastic stay, felt very secure and private although it is in a busy area with lots of great amenities a small walk away. Keels, Food City, Sri Vahar, Kandy Department Store etc. and only 5 minutes into Havelock Mall. We are sad to leave but couldn't recomend more also our communication with Dakshitha and Priyanka was professional and quick at all times. We will be back soon

Loved the place the view was amazing .. h can watch the sun rise and sun set from your bedroom .. will always keep going .. loved evey min there .. security is extemly good and the caretaker lady was very sweet ..

Where to start, what a great host, cozy place, felt serenity and place like more than home. Since i booked n approached her, she was very responsive , allowed early check in. She has decorated each n every item in the apartment with special attention and theme. Right from main door till all rooms, beach theme pillows, wall decoration, special souvenirs from across the world, beach theme kitchen cabinets. The place is just few meters from beach, great views of the sun set and beach around and roof top pool of course is a main attraction.. I am thankful to her for being such a great host I would not even think to go anywhere else next time i am in Colombo .

we six stayed at this apartment for 10 days. It was amazing, clean, well furnished as well as good responsive host and caretaker(Mr.Thiago). there is no con except a non air-conditioned room which was not mentioned in description clearly. If I visit colombo in future then I'll prefer to stay here again.

Was very pleased with finding this apartment as it was in a very convenient location making it easy to go to all the places we needed. The apartment is exactly like the pictures- the ideal size for a small family. Loved how elegantly it was furnished as well, and included all the amenities we required. It’s also fairly spacious for a one bedroom apartment which made it easy to keep our toddler. Eresha is a lovely host, very responsive to all my inquiries and very understanding to our needs. The security is also also very helpful and friendly, which made checking in a smooth process. Highly recommend this place and will definitely book again!

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again. The apartment is spacious, clean, there is linen, dishes, washing machine. The hot water is intermittent, the TV during our stay was only working the first day, but it wasn't needed, so we didn't reach out to the host. The host is always available, goes to a meeting, it was necessary to extend the stay - extension without any problems. Right next to the entrance is a great coffee shop with fast free internet. We recommend this place to stay.

Wonderful Stay – Clean, Spacious, and Full of Amenities! We had an amazing stay on this beautiful property located in centre of colmbo . The space was immaculately clean and very spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The complex offers great amenities – we especially enjoyed the pool, gym, badminton, and table tennis facilities. There’s also ample car parking, which made things so convenient. There are several nice restaurants nearby, offering a variety of cuisines within walking or short driving distance. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful, making check-in smooth and answering all our questions quickly. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
