The view is stunning, and the house is well-appointed with quality furnishings. The living couch is most comfortable, and it was helpful that we didn't have to bring a high chair and other toddler items. We enjoyed our stay.

We came into town for a wedding, and the place was perfect for our stay. Kellie was quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. Although we were away during the sunset and evening, the morning was incredibly peaceful. After returning from the wedding, we relaxed in the cozy living room—watching TV and catching up with family before heading to bed. The beds downstairs were very comfortable, and waking up to birdsong and the peaceful outdoor setting made for a lovely start to the day. It was a memorable stay, and we hope to return someday!😁

We decided to treat my son to a graduation trip and had an awesome time this week at this beautiful lake house! We wanted to stay on Center Hill Lake because my son and his friends love to kayak, fish and enjoy the boats at the marina. They were able to do all three. The pool table, ping-pong table and hot tub were a big plus. The basement/game room area was perfect for a group of kids because the door to the main floor separates them from the rest of the house so they can have fun and not worry about being too loud. The garage doors were so fun and allowed for fresh air each day while they played pool. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable which is a big plus for me. The views are amazing and the community is peaceful and quiet. The pool was perfect and the grill was just what we needed for burgers and steaks. Aaron was a great host! Super helpful and quick to respond. Book a trip soon! You will love it!

We are repeat visitors, and we always enjoy our stay at this lovely lake home! We launch our boat at the nearby boat ramp and keep it tied to shore just a short walk from the house. The boat launch area has been much improved over the years we’ve been staying here. You won’t find a better home with access to the lake anywhere else on Center Hill Lake. Already looking forward to our next stay!

We loved our stay here! The community pool and hot tub were great. The only drawback Is there is no place for everyone to eat together since there is no dining room table!

I was wanting something more unusual and Joy's place fit the bill. The front door looked out over the fields and had a picnic table to sit outside while enjoying the peaceful, relaxing surroundings. There was also a bench under a tree, and she told us we were welcome to use the gazebo and the swing. The back door went out into the barn (which was clean). The apartment was clean and comfortable. Joy asked the time we might arrive, and gave us a call to make sure we were in okay and that everything was satisfactory. Joy's place is also nicely located with short drives to several state parks with trails and waterfalls. If I am back in the area, I hope the bed and barn will be available!

Highly recommend John’s place. It was ideal location to be close to my family that are in Tennessee. His place was pristine. We could not have asked for anything more. I’ve stayed at a few Airbnb‘s in the past and this one surpassed everyone.

We LOVED Crystal & Resa’s space!! The pictures truly do not do it justice. We stayed here for our wedding and my bridal party got glammed up at the extra large table and everyone still had plenty of space to relax and get ready all around. They were so quick to reply with any questions once we arrived and the folks at their shop were also super kind and helpful when we had a couple last minute things delivered there! Highly recommend!

Great condo with everything you need! Incredibly clean and well appointed. For my family, the proximity to the lake was key in our selection... made it easy to spend every day on the water. Lara was very easy to work with and I would definitely return to this condo in the future!

The space is beautiful and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I was in town for graduation and the college was less than 10 minutes away. Would recommend to anyone. An absolutely lovely condo, both comfortable and modern. Beautiful sunsets! I chose the location for its closeness to The Appalachian Center of Arts and Crafts. I have stayed here a couple of times, and probably will in the future. Great host!

A little expensive for what it is but it’s a good place to stay in a nice area.

Place was great, the lake is very beautiful, lots of parking, and Mitchell was a fantastic host. Mitchell was very responsive and friendly.

This condo was everything as expected and described! The unit was easy to find and within a good distance to town and Dunkin', because that's what matters right!? It was clean and everything was presentable. We enjoyed our stay and will keep this place in mind when we are in Cookeville again visiting family.
