For those who need it, we have parking for one car in the same building (please let us know if you are going to use it to give you the corresponding card) The modern building has first-class amenities, in an unbeatable location, with Metro, bicycle station and Metrobús within walking distance. Very close to large corporations, shopping malls, movie theaters, restaurants, bars, and important office buildings. The downtown area is one of the best in the city, the building is steps away from the new Torre Manacar and almost opposite Liverpool Galerias Insurgentes. It is also very close to Panamericana University and Simon Bolivar School.

Although the terrace is private, occasionally people go up to change gas tanks or water the garden, but this is usually early in the morning and not often. Fourth floor with no elevator. Building is solid. One bedroom with closet, bathroom, dining area, fully equipped kitchen. Internet 50 mbs. TV with Netflix. Courtesy tea, infusions, fruit and Mexican coffee. Laundry area of common use.

The place is as described in the photograph, clean and spacious, the instructions are clear, the amenities are quite varied. Surveillance is 24/7. It is a quiet area, with food places and shops nearby. Being on the avenue, there are times when there is more noise from the street, however, the stay was very pleasant. I appreciate the prompt response from the hosts from the time of booking.

Really enjoyed my stay at Hector’s house. A perfect room for remote workers. 2 desks and working chair. Big windows with sunshine coming in the morning. Hector and Cladys are very nice hosts. It’s like stay with your families. Every morning you’ll see your fruity breakfast ready. Great position. A bar and a park downstairs. You can easily get to the city center by public transportation. Quiet and safe neighborhood! The only con to me is the mattress. My back is not good so I get used to sleep on very soft mattress. But this will not a big problem to every one. I’ll definitely stay if Income back to Mexico City.

This was the sixth time I've stayed in an Airbnb in CDMX, and Eduardo's place was leaps and bounds the best I've ever booked. The photos are obviously gorgeous, but the place itself looks exactly like them. Big win. Also, the love and care that went into the interior design with plants, fixtures, wood and other pieces is on full display. Eduardo himself was immediately responsive to the messages I sent (we had minor internet slowdowns with heavy rain and lightning), and went above and beyond to fix the issue. If you know CDMX, you already know that the area has a lot to do, eat, and drink. So that should come as no surprise, but the guide he sent along was handy nevertheless. It feels like the magic of Airbnb when it first launched. I don't want to stay anywhere else when I come back.

It is a super nice area, it has a variety of cafes and food places. The accommodation is faithful to the images, comforting and has everything to spend a pleasant stay, as at home. A 10 for hygiene, very clean and tidy.
