New apartment on three levels with splendid views of a beautiful Mexican-Andalusian garden. Two large beds, two full bathrooms, equipped kitchen, dining room and a comfortable living room. Very quiet, with four leafy trees in the garden muting sounds from the outside world. The Santa María caters to young people's tastes, has a big range of cuisines and features 'colonial style' architecture given that it is in the town's Historic Center; it is just a 10 minute walk to the San Cosme Metro, with Zócalo just four stops down the line.

Incredible Loft in the best area of La Condesa. Opposite Parque España and steps away from Parque México. A strategic location in Mexico City for walking and eating delicious food. The apartment is bright and very cozy. It has two balconies, a comfortable living room and a dining room for 4, a bar with an open kitchen, a bedroom with a king-size bed and a large TV to watch your series and movies. The kitchen is complete and has everything you need. The sunset is beautiful. You'll love this place!

Modern building with good quality industrial style and tasteful finishes, high ceilings. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a balcony, 2 full bathrooms, a dining room, an open kitchen and parking. I will request identification of all guests by message once you confirm the reservation, it is a requirement of the building to be able to access.

Flat with excellent location

Apartment with modern finishes, it has some humidity issues. Since it is on the avenue, there is some noise from cars and when people enter and leave the building. It has no parking or stove. It's another important point that most guests ask. Near the apartment there is a Superama, Soriana, Oxxo, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, dry cleaners, gym, clinic-hospital, subway 5 blocks away, subway bus and public transport. It's just as shown in the photos.
