It was a great weekend at the property. There was practically nothing that was not on site. From a great kitchen equipment, to many clean bathrooms to the boat in front of the house. We were able to enjoy the time carefree and never felt that something was missing. Glad to come back !

We had a great weekend. The weather didn't quite work but despite that it was perfect . Certainly subject to repetition.

We had a great long weekend with our group of 11 friends in Janne's house and garden. It is a beautiful place where you can easily stay with a large group. The house is really equipped with every comfort and furnished with care and attention to atmosphere. We had picked a warm weekend and the rooms downstairs were wonderfully cool. Enjoy the spacious garden and canopy, where we could sit outside for a long time. The communication with Janne went excellently, a very attentive hostess who thinks of everything!

We had a wonderful, long family weekend at Casa Bonita in June 2025, with 5 adults and 4 children aged 1 to 6 years. House, furnishings and garden were perfect for us. Everything we needed was available. (e.g. 1 high chair with belt for the little one, 2 very good high chairs for the 3-5 year olds) The kitchen equipment fulfills all wishes. The pool in the complex is about 250 m from Casa Bonita, and includes a small, shallow area for small children (separated from the swimmer area by a safe, high railing). What you should know: neither a playground, nor a bakery or other shopping facilities are within walking distance. But after 10 minutes by car you are in the center of Zeewolde, where there is everything you need, including a beach section with playground. We will definitely come back again....

Perfect House with all facilities on the water, had a wonderful fishing weekend.

A wonderful, comfortable house for a family weekend. The house is also used by the host himself, which gives a homey, cozy, non-standard holiday home atmosphere. The kitchen is well equipped. There are games. The spar (supermarket) and Woudsend are within walking distance. The garden is also a real plus. And the tranquility. We had rented a sailboat that could be moored at the jetty. In short, we have enjoyed it. Recommended.

We had a nice short break in the house with the number 8. The house is beautiful, as good as new and chicly furnished. We only have two info points for future vacationers: The mattresses are quite soft and in one bedroom it is not completely dark due to the small window in the bathroom. These are not real criticisms, just a note for sensitive guests.

We stayed at Paul's villa with 16 people, but it was also big enough for that and the amenities were sufficient. We were personally received very friendly, were even able to get into the villa a little more by arrangement. The garden was great for the kids and adults (sauna, hot tub). Clear recommendation also for large groups!

Had a friends weekend with 6 couples. Everyone could sleep in a separate room, which is nice. Delicious garden with bar and fridge for lounging! Nice location.

We had a nice weekend with the whole family in the villa (8 adults & 5 children) The house is very nicely furnished and offers plenty of space to play and romp. The path to the beach leads through a beautiful forest. The communication between the host and us was flawless. If you had any questions, you would receive a response within a few minutes. We will be happy to come back.

Very nicely furnished house with a spacious garden where the children could play in. Ideal for a family weekend. There are also lots of fun things to do nearby.

Mega enjoyed the stay! On the sofa outside you can sit in the sun and the location is perfect. The cottage is very noisy, but you know that with an old building.

The house is sensational. Very impressive high rooms, huge and very tastefully furnished. There is everything you need. You can park right in front of the house. Just right for our family trip (10 person). We wanted a quiet house near the North Sea. Sandra and Nic are great host. We can all recommend the house.

We stayed at this lovely AirBnB with 5 couples. We rented the entire residence and we all were extremely impressed with our accommodations and hosts. The property was as it was described and more. This location was central for us to journey out for day trips all over the Netherlands. Our hosts were top notch and provided great knowledge about the surrounding area. The common areas provided great place to gather and our rooms were a beautiful space to retreat. We would highly recommend to anyone, whether renting a room (as the bed and breakfast) or the entire home! Thank you to Matt and Csilla for creating a beautiful atmosphere for us to holiday as a family.

A lovely quiet place. Spacious garden, beautiful views. The house is cozy, cozy and has all the comforts. Within fifteen minutes you are in beautiful forest areas where you can walk endlessly. Also a great place for cycling enthusiasts.

We had a lovely stay at the place. The house is very large and there are many bedrooms. Each of the rooms is beautifully and individually furnished. There are fly screens in all the windows, which was great. It was quite warm and so we could sleep with the windows open without any problems. In the house and garden there are a lot of toys for children, we liked that especially. In general, the house is very child-friendly. We were a large group of 14 people, so a 2nd refrigerator would have been good. The existing refrigerator is quite large but with so many people it was still very full and became very warm from the outside. All in all, we had a great weekend and can absolutely recommend the house for groups with children.

Beautiful private park where the kids had a lot of fun between canoe rides, tennis, and swimming. 40 minutes by car from Amsterdam but very easy to get to. Well furnished house with lots of useful utensils for cooking and dining even outdoors. Laurence is very friendly and helpful for every need recommended

Stayed in this cottage for the 3rd time. Nice place and nice contact with the owner.

We had a wonderful time (5 nights) with the whole family (7 people + dog) in the vacation home. There was enough space for everyone, the outdoor area in particular was more than perfect for us. It was all completely fenced in, so we could let our dog run free without any problems. There was also enough space for all of us inside.

Dennis is a very nice man, we did not have any problems with check in or check out, the house is beautiful and decorated with everything. You hardly need to bring anything with you. The kitchen the bathroom bedrooms were all nice and wonderful.

It is definitely recommended if you are looking for peace and quiet. my sister , our children and I had a pleasant stay at Mark's place.

The cottage is in a very beautiful park with a good restaurant and nice staff. The area is very green and you can enjoy walking in the adjacent forest. For smaller children, it is also fun, all kinds of activities are organized. The house has all the comforts. You can cook yourself, do the laundry, there is a dishwasher and the shower is fine. And my son slept right in the bed 😊 Definitely worth it and also worth repeating.
