Cottage holiday rentals in Delmarva Peninsula

This is a super clean and cozy cottage which is perfectly nestled into a beautiful neighborhood. We loved this location because it was within 20 minutes of everything we wanted to do. The two private beach areas were clean and not crowded. Highly recommend.

Natalie was a wonderful host - the cottage was clean and welcoming and looked just like the photos. Natalie was very responsive, flexible and friendly. The river was peaceful and we enjoyed kayaking and fishing off the dock. We are very thankful we found such a perfect spot for our weekend trip to Maryland.

This is our second time visiting and a perfect spot with everything we needed. Could provide more dish towels, paper towels, and trash bags but supplies were provided quickly upon request.

Emilio and Wanda’s home was absolutely lovely. They thought of everything to make our stay so enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing stay. So very close to Solomon’s Island. Thank you Emilio and Wanda!

The house was very clean and very fresh smelling. Being in the woods surrounded by trees you can sometimes expect a musty smell, but that was not the case at all. The house was immaculate, and the rooms were very comfortable. The house was very quiet and private and the room was a nice touch. We all enjoyed the pool table. My husband did a lot of fishing at the dock and we also enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We will definitely come back and stay at this house. Nadia was a great host. She mentioned that they are just starting out being a airbnb host, but you wouldn’t know it. The house had everything we needed.

The cottage is so cute!!!. We loved it! Our dogs also had a great time. There was plenty of space to roam safely, and the beach was just a short walk away—ideal for long strolls!! Donna was wonderfully responsive and welcoming, and she thoughtfully stocked the cottage with everything we could possibly need. Great getaway for all!!!

This was our second time staying at JoJo’s cottage and it was another amazing experience! The house really makes you feel like you’re right at home. The kitchen is well stocked, so we were able to do a lot of cooking at the house. But you’re also so close to so many restaurants for when you’re feeling something easier! It really is a perfect spot, especially if you have dogs and/or kiddos. We would totally book again next summer 😊

Surrounded by trees and the sound of waves- perfect place to relax & unwind. Quick but steep hike to the secret beach. Cool spot and more shell than I expected. Kyli was a responsive host, answered all my questions. Also, recommended Island Hideaway for dinner and it was amazing. Homemade pasta and desserts made in house daily. Great views and delicious foods & drinks.

This was our 1st visit to The Crab Shack. All I can say is Wow, just Wow! This was the cleanest, nicest and cutest Airbnb that we have ever stayed at over the years! It was amazing! My husband and I traveled from Sarver, PA with our 2 Golden Retrievers to celebrate our 10 year Wedding Anniversary! We all had the best time ever! We spent most of the time here at the Shack just cooking on the grill and listening to music and the girls did a lot of swimming fetching for balls! Thank you Carlisle and Mary for making our 10 year Anniversary simply perfect! ❤️☀️😎🥂🍾🦀 We can’t wait to come back! ☺️

We just stayed here over the weekend with our dog and had a wonderful time! The cottage had all the amenities you need! 30 second walk right to the Main Street! I highly recommend anyone visiting to stay here you won’t regret it!

Shawn's place is great! It is well-cared for and has everything you need to enjoy the indoors and the outdoors. The views of the water are beautiful and you can spend a lot of time watching the different birds. Getting there is easy and not far from restaurants and grocery stores. Shawn makes you feel special and wants to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Hope to go back soon.

Loved staying at this quiet retreat! Mornings listening to birds, afternoons in the sunny backyard, stars and stars! Really loved this place and will be back again.

Jacki's home was so lovely and perfect for a weekend getaway with some friends. We brought our dog who absolutely loved the fenced-in yard and extra loved the mountain of toys stocked in the house!

Almost hate to give a great review because the house will be harder to book. We have been staying at Thomas‘s place for at least nine years now. Great little cottage across from the bay. The home is as described. It is a one bedroom with a small kitchen and bath and a sitting room. Although there is no TV, the Wi-Fi is strong. But who needs to watch TV when you have that gorgeous view. Every time we visit, the space is spotless. You can’t beat the location, especially if you travel with your fur baby. Thomas is a great host, attentive, responsive, and easy to contact.

This was the perfect find for exactly what we needed- a peaceful and quiet few days to escape our hectic everyday. The home was cozy and lovely and exactly as described. Cape Charles is a gem of a town and we look forward to coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming and very clean place! We were able to rent bikes (6 minute walk to bike rental shop) and enjoyed nearby bike trails. The town is delightful and restaurants superb! Holly gave us great suggestions of where to go. The gardens and patio were amazing! Excellent vacation spot! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay in this cute cottage. Walkable to most anything you’d want in town. Just a block back from the bay. Quick 3 minute walk to beach. Cottage was decorated very nicely, loved the firepit and provisioned well. Would definitely return.

What a super cute cottage! It is located in a quiet, peaceful wooded area. Each bedroom was nicely decorated, with comfy beds & blankets. We found the beach umbrella very handy for our day at Bethany Beach. The Flavor restaurant, which is on the premises, is truly spectacular! This restaurant has the most delicious gourmet hamburgers & milkshakes! Susan was truly the most delightful hostess! Her helper "C" was the kindest, most thoughtful gentleman. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would love to return again! :)

Perfect Lake Side Vacation Spot!!! My friends and I spent the weekend and we absolutely loved it! The home is beautiful and the surroundings are so serine. Perfect place to get away and spend pleasurably days participating in outdoor activities like fishing, grilling and watching the sunset. We loved our stay so much we are already planning our next trip to the wonderful spot! Tim is an amazing host! Check in and check out were a breeze, he kindly checked in on us and was always prepared to help facilitate an enjoyable stay. I couldn’t recommend this listing any higher :)

Lovely and quaint home! Cozy and had everything needed for a relaxing getaway! Has everything needed to grill out and cook at home which was helpful for us accommodating a food allergy while traveling. It was very peaceful and quiet at night. The space outside the house is very cute with the Adirondack chairs. We sat outside with some canvases that we brought to paint and enjoyed the sunset! The clothesline in the backyard was also helpful! Having bikes and helmets was also a fun addition and allowed us to explore and get some exercise!

Talita was an absolutely delightful host. She knew we were in town for our granddaughter’s first birthday and made sure we had the best experience possible celebrating. The patio and grill were the perfect spot to enjoy a family dinner while taking in the beautiful scenery surrounding their home. The cottage was just as described, bed was very comfortable, and the shower was incredible as many others have stated. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed if you book here. As a Superhost and frequent traveler, I hold my stays to a high standard—and this cottage absolutely delivered. The level of fit and finish is on par with my own Airbnb, Cottage at Silver Water in Shady Side, MD. It’s a charming, well-appointed home that’s clearly designed with care and hospitality in mind. The house is fully stocked, including extra treats in the honor bar. The bedding was sumptuous, the bathroom bright and cheery with thoughtful amenities, and the main living space was as comfortable as it was stylish. Don’t miss the outdoor shower—it’s a highlight! The location strikes the perfect balance: peaceful and away from the bustle, yet an easy walk or bike ride to town and the beach. The host was fabulous—warm, responsive, and a breeze to communicate with. A+ stay all around. Highly recommend.

Pauls place was truly a home away from home. The house and property are absolutely beautiful. We loved sitting out on both the porch and dock every single day. It was so peaceful and the sunset view is SPECTACULAR. Paul was a great host and checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. He is also very quick to respond- love that! (Thank you, Paul!!) This will definitely be our new vacation spot when we come down to the beach! Its perfect!
