Sue’s place is a perfect peaceful getaway by the bay. Close enough to restaurants to enjoy a break from cooking, too! The cottage is as described, but the workmanship of the renovations are exceptional. The design and decor add so much to this cozy place. We’d be delighted to return!

Our second time here! An absolutely adorable gem of an Airbnb with the nicest hosts and most beautiful garden and dock on the River! Great restaurant recommendations, super comfortable beds, and lovely living room. Perfect for families visiting the beloved St. Mary’s River.

Just a wonderful location. Very private and the property is beautiful. The house was well-equipped; it included a couple of kayaks that we used on the Choptank River, where we saw ospreys, eagles, and even a beaver. The beds were comfortable and the decor and other items in the house were very interesting. We likely will be back some time.

Queen Bee is a awesome place to stay. Can't say enough great things about it. one of the best homes we have ever stayed. So clean. Bed was so comfortable. Everything was perfect. Can't wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay with a large family. We never once felt crowded. Everyone had their own space to relax. The kids bedroom was amazing and the kids loved being able to explore the house and property with us. We were in for a family wedding at a nearby venue and made the cake in the kitchen here and had an amazing amount of space to work with. I’d highly recommend this place to a friend. If we have to come back to the area in the future we’d happily book again. The hosts were very nice. Also the peacocks are amazingly beautiful.

We are so glad that we found this airbnb. It is such a beautiful place -the cottage is perfect with plenty of space- it’s very comfortable, clean and private. We also loved visiting the animals who are right across from the cottage and spent some time kayaking on the pond. It was very pretty and peaceful. We highly recommend this airbnb -the host is welcoming and helpful -we would absolutely stay again

We had a lovely stay! The home is in a beautifully updated old house that still maintains its historic charm. Everything felt clean and thoughtfully cared for. It was peaceful and quiet, with pretty, farm-like views out the windows—great for relaxing. I also appreciated that it was just a quick 10-minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and even a 24-hour gym. One big plus for me: there were plenty of towels and pillows, which I always find makes a huge difference in comfort. Would absolutely stay again!

Amy and her place were lovely for our family of 4. With two littles it worked very well and Amy even had toys for us- we also used her provided pack n play and some baby essentials. King Bed was extremely comfy, moderately firm. Shower was very nice. Cozy, comfy, had everything we needed. Amy was very responsive and helpful. We would gladly come back! Thanks Amy!!

A wonderful retreat on an unbelievable property. We were so surprised by the amazing views of the Chester River as well as the really well marked hiking trail. A bit out of downtown Chestertown, but totally worth the drive. Benjamin was a great communicator, and very flexible to meet our needs. ps. the cutest goats

Lisa and Larry’s cottage was truly magical—so much more than a standard Airbnb stay. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful details, every part of our experience felt curated with love and care. They were the perfect hosts: kind, respectful of privacy, and focused on quality. We added several extras—absolutely worth it! Larry’s meals (he’s a chef!) were beyond restaurant-quality: beautifully plated, flavorful, and generous. Breakfast with fresh eggs from their hens and a gourmet picnic basket were equally amazing. The cottage and grounds were peaceful, cozy, and clearly maintained with pride. Lisa’s warmth made us feel right at home. Her local rec for Spain Wine Bar was a hit—but honestly, Larry’s food might’ve been better! Their effort elevated our entire trip far beyond what we expected. We left rested, spoiled, and so grateful.

We really enjoyed our stay at the loft! It was right like the pictures and it was very clean. the farm fresh eggs were a fun touch! :) The fun little touches, like the snacks on the table, the eggs in the fridge and the binder of local things to do were really appreciated! highly recommend this place!

Went with my friend and we found the place very comfortable. The kitchen is very nicely stocked! We brought food so that we could prepare most meals and the kitchen had more than we could ever need by way of kitchen gear! There was also a full stash of coffee, cream, honey and sugar! The location is great. We went to the White's Ferry Brewery that was just down the street and thoroughly enjoyed it! I would strongly recommend a visit. We also walked around the neighborhood to include down to the Potomac! Very nice! We took a day trip to Harper's Ferry (45-min drive) and of course to the little downtown area of Leesburg (7-min drive)! Rita was super responsive and brough us batteries quickly when requested for the remote and a container of eggs from the chickens! The beds are comfortable. I did sleep on the sleeper sofa and while it isn't a typical bed, it was fairly comfortable. Having the animals just below us was really sweet! Loved them all! Enjoyed our visit very much!

It was our first family experience in Cape May and we loved every bit of it! Heather made it super easy and clear to be able to come in, relax right away and make it our home for the stay. Heather was super responsive and more than helpful to our needs to make for an excellent trip. We love the area, the easy access to the beach and the hospitality provided. Can’t wait to come back next summer and enjoy!

Except for the fact that my wife and I did not want to leave the peacefulness of Anthony's place it was an exceptional stay in every way. His place is what AirBnBing is all about. The house was clean, had everything we needed, was quite and very charming. The kitties that greeted us and sent us on our way to the cheerful ducks were an added bonus. We will return.

Duane and Matt were absolutely wonderful hosts! They helped make our quick weekend getaway truly unforgettable. Every amenity at the property was thoughtfully provided, and our daughters enjoyed every bit of it. Even while traveling internationally, Duane remained incredibly attentive and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. One of the highlights for our girls was getting to meet a baby sheep—such a thoughtful and special touch! They were especially taken with little Pinky Pie and are still talking about her.
