Family-friendly holiday rentals in Deltaville

We booked Vacation Village 4br timeshare through Andy but it was full. Andy was able to leverage his connections and find us a 3br HOUSE at Kings Creek Plantation through Spinnaker which was better, I think! We had a full 3br/4bath house to ourselves with three porches in a peaceful setting. Absolutely recommend Kings Creek Plantation through Andy. Close to everything and amazing setting. So quiet and pencil. We will be back!

This was a great place to stay. We loved the location and easy access to every place we wanted to visit. The grounds at the resort were beautiful with great places to walk. Brooke is a wonderful host

The accommodations were perfect for two families and the amenities were nice. Plenty of places to dine and shop within a 3 mile radius. The staff at the community were very friendly and welcoming as well. We had an awesome time and will definitely reach out to Igor for another trip real soon. Thank You! Bob and Stephanie Geck

When our first reservation fell through, Nadine quickly helped us secure a place for our family of six and was incredibly responsive to all our needs. Our unit was perfect for us — much bigger than I expected for a two bedroom, and the pools were also a big hit. Location is central to Williamsburg sights.

We had a great stay at the resort. There were so many amenities and the pool was only a short walk away. The kids had a great time in the pool. We were glad to have it because the heat index was over 100 and we couldn’t do some of the other things we had planned in the area. A really nice, spacious place to stay!

Our family and friends had a lovely time in Cynthia's home. The setting is very pretty, the dock was a great place to fish and crab from and the beach offers another great hangout spot. The added bonus is that her home is just a 10-minute walk to a cute little restaurant in a marina with great oysters and cocktails.

We loved our visit to Cape Charles! This Airbnb was the perfect place for us and we were pleasantly surprised with the fended in backyard. The space was just a described and fit our needs perfectly. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our pups and the neighborhood was friendly and so peaceful! The walk to the beach was easy and the local shops and restaurants were fun as well! We hope to be back soon!

We had a great stay at Eddie's place! Very close to restaurants, Colonial Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens. The unit we stayed in was spotless and had all of the amenities that we needed during our stay. Highly recommended!

Highest compliments to a wonderful host and lovely Airbnb! Very responsive and flexible with our booking since we had last minute date changes due to our daughter delivering her baby 3 weeks earlier than expected! Charlene went out of her way to help us and always very responsive with any questions. The house was perfect, 10 min from Colonial Williamsburg and across the street from New Town shopping plaza, so convenient! Clean and inviting, wonderful large fenced in yard. We were happy we found this place!

We took a small vacation with my sister’s family and we loved the location. Our kids enjoyed the small play area in the basement with the arcade machine and foosball table. We cooked every night and they had all useful appliances. We used the Ninja air fryer and Keurig machine every day. Since we went in January after a snowstorm the road was a little hazardous to use and the lake was completely frozen, so we spent most times indoors. We did enjoy going to the dock and looking at the frozen lake. This will be a great place to visit during the summer, they had Kayaks to use and a nice dock to jump from and fish. We would definitely come back.

Ryan's place is conveniently located - 10 mins to Colonial Williamsburg, perfect for our family's visit to the city. The house itself is in a quiet neighbourhood. It is spacious, clean, and well-equipped for visitors who'd like to cook inside. We highly recommend Ryan's place for visitors who would like alternative options other than hotels and resorts in the area.

This house and property is really special. It is a beautifully maintained and renovated old house, and has great views of the woods and the creek. We enjoyed evenings on the beautiful porch taking in the views. The house itself was well appointed and clean, with minimal/essential furnishings. A few other reviews did mention the noise from the highway and it is true—though it did not disturb us except for in the night, when an occasional loud truck might pass. It was a great base for my family and two small dogs to explore the local sights. Would definitely consider staying here again.

I needed a pet friendly place to stay to attend a local graduation and this was the perfect place. I didn’t get to enjoy the amenities at the campground, but saw them and it looked like the pictures. Had a nice, quiet stay.

This house and stay were exactly what we needed! We are a quiet family that loves peaceful spaces. The home was beautiful, well maintained, clean, updated, and extremely well appointed. Access to both the beach and lake was easy, as was getting into and out of town. Jack proactively reached out to us when we got there to ensure everything was in order and offered assistance if we needed anything. We didn’t need anything during the week but we felt good knowing he was available. We met some of the neighbors in passing and they were friendly and welcoming, too. Wonderful experience!

Ten out of ten air bnb! Wish my family and I could have stayed longer. The condo was perfect for my big family to all have our own rooms. It was also great for us to enjoy meals together. The amenities were great too.

I love the grounds of this resort this is my second here staying here. Lots to do in the area it’s always where we stay when going to Busch gardens which is a 15 min drive. Amenities are great as well as this unit updated and modern. Clean loved everything about it.

Tara’s Powhatan Resort listen is fantastic! Easy check-in, and check-out. Beautifully maintained grounds. Great fun for families, couples and singles of all ages. Comfortable suites, with a cozy home atmosphere. Minutes away from The Historic Colonial Williamsburg tourist attraction. Olde Towne Pizza delivered, and was Great! My family is still raving about it! We had a great stay!

We had a great stay! It was very close to Busch Gardens and all other Williamsburg attractions. The space was great for us and our 2 children. Great place to stay!

This townhouse is located inside the Hilton Powhattan resort, benefitting from the facilities of a popular holiday destination, swimming pool, walking routes and exceptional public amenities. The accomodation was spacious (2 en-suite bedrooms) kitchen and washing / drying facilities. We spent a lot of time on the balcony with coffee and star gazing in the clear nights. The place had been cleaned well before arrival, the pre check in comms were great and the wifi worked. For international guests, this is not served well by public transport , but an Uber is usually available within 10-15 minutes. It’s about 15 minutes to the university and 45 minutes to the airport. Overall, a memorable stay in a beautiful environment. Really glad we chose this!

The resort and the unit were beautiful, very clean, and very nice. Great location for Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown, and Jamestown. When our microwave was not working properly, we texted the front desk, and maintenance arrived in less than 10 minutes and installed a new microwave - entire process under 30 minutes. Kudos to awesome maintenance team!!
