What a find! We were attending a wedding on the Potomac and found this gem of a place basically right next door. A perfectly appointed home in a peaceful, tranquil, beautiful setting. Connie was great! Responsive to our need to find the iron, not exactly an emergency, Connie responded immediately with it's location. Loved it!

Our family and friends had a lovely time in Cynthia's home. The setting is very pretty, the dock was a great place to fish and crab from and the beach offers another great hangout spot. The added bonus is that her home is just a 10-minute walk to a cute little restaurant in a marina with great oysters and cocktails.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The layout was perfect for spending quality time together while still giving everyone space to unwind. Private beach access made it even more special—we made great memories, met some lovely neighbors, and even had a chance to paddle board and spot a stingray! Huge shout-out to Leigh, our amazing host—so thoughtful, responsive, and kind. We’re so grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Fun place with great activities. Had a good time shooting pool playing darts area was very spacious.

My family and I stayed here for a week for our family vacation. We are a group of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids) and there was plenty of room for all of us. We barely left the house because with the beautiful view, dock, beach area, canoe, kayaks, hot tub, game room/ library, corn hole, and fire pit we all had plenty to keep us entertained. Everyone loved Mary & Shelly’s place, and it provided the perfect space for us to enjoy the river and each other’s company!

We needed a peaceful, relaxing weekend away and that’s exactly what we got by choosing this AirBnB. While neighbors were close, the trees made it feel like we were secluded. The home was comfortable. We especially enjoyed the back room off the kitchen for just hanging out and chatting. Maria provided thorough details up front and was responsive during our stay. We are already planning our next trip.

Great accomodations for a big group. The house is huge and super interesting. While on the patio we watched the horses frolick, and were visited by a shy little dachshund, and a not-so-shy little farm cat. Beds were comfy. Lots of amenities like coffee pots, plenty of seating, a theater room, big Jacuzzi tub, and lots of bedrooms. Overall an extremely peaceful visit that I would stay at again.

My friends and I had a wonderful long weekend at the Deltaville Blue Cottage. The house perfectly showcased the views, fresh breezes, and natural beauty of the area. We were continually saying " the hosts thought of everything!" If you are looking to comfortably relax with friends and family (young and old) this is the place for you! House was fabulous! It looks even better than the pictures! Everything was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed plus more. It was a girls weekend birthday celebration for 5 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved that each one of us had our own bedroom/bathroom. The view is spectacular. Host very responsive to any questions we had. We hope to return next year!!

Creek Retreat is a perfect place to kick back and relax. Surrounded by nature, a private oasis. The space is well appointed, clean and comfortable. Tastefully decorated. Added amenities and attention to details elevate the experience. Enjoy kayaking and sitting by the fire. Georgia is a great hostess and is proactive and responsive. If you're looking for a getaway, book it here!

Cannot wait to visit again!! The area was so beautiful, as was the house. There were so many fun things to do in the area. The private beach was perfect and peaceful! Was very sad to leave but excited to come back!

We loved the private, short walk to the beach. We spent two days exploring the area, and both mornings/evenings we made sure we walked down the path to see it. The house was clean, and we knew what to expect with the water because of the other reviews and Brad’s write up. It was a quick trip, but staying here added to the experience! Would recommend and stay here again!

Talk about being sad 😢to leave! Sometimes a location for an air BnB just hits it out of the park, and this is a great example. We LOVED our stay and took advantage of the yard and beautiful view daily! We fished off the dock and shore. Tip, since it is tidal water as long as you are on the shore or dock you don’t need a fishing license. Our pups loved the yard and going for a swim. There are a lot of great places to eat within a 30min drive. We were on a work trip, but would love to come back when we could take advantage of everything this place has to offer. It’s a gem! The surrounding area is fun to explore if you like antiques and boutiques. We loved the local vibe! You will have a great time.

I stayed at Meg's beautiful home with my bridesmaids for my wedding weekend in Deltaville, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is spacious, clean, and well-organized, which made it a comfortable and relaxing place to stay during such a special time. Meg was so kind and responsive, providing helpful local recommendations and detailed instructions for the house. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and her hospitality made my wedding weekend even better. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—thank you, Meg!

Me and my family had a fantastic stay. The home was exactly as described- clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and communication with the host was quick and easy the entire time. The space had everything we needed, including Wi-Fi, kitchen amenities, extra towels, spacious rooms- tailor to your stay. Some of my favorite stuff was Kayaking, the porch and the dock also the view was amazing. It really made the stay feel special. My absolute favorite airbnb ever ! This was the 3rd time I've stayed here, and if I could afford it, I'd go monthly. The location is perfect, right on the water, small private beach, lots of privacy and soooo incredibly relaxing. The house is very well laid out, super clean and comfortable. Keri provides more than most hosts, from the kitchen and bathrooms, to beach gear, movies, books, games, and the kayaks ! I love love love this house and location so very much. It feels like "my" home away from home and I'll continue to go back as much as possible. THANK YOU again Keri, for another amazing getaway !

Everything about this place was perfect. It was spotlessly clean and had every amenity possible. The grounds and river views were simply magnificent. Our only regret was that we couldn’t have stayed at least one more day. We would love to book again - maybe next year.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful waterfront home! The house itself is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and perfect for a group getaway. The views are absolutely stunning—during our stay we saw dolphins right from the deck and even caught a rainbow over the water, which made the whole weekend feel magical. The kayaks were such a fun bonus and a great way to explore the peaceful surroundings. Inside, the home is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Brian was incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish, which made the whole experience even better. I’d absolutely come back—this place is a gem!

The Perfect view was a perfect place with a perfect host. We didn't know what to expect and can say our experience exceeded our expectations. The place feels very clean. The property is well thought out - with the landscaping/garden, the seats/firepit/jacuzzi overlooking the water, and the tranquil garden fountain. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, eating special meals prepared by Brenda and enjoying the company of her pets. Nellie Mae is the ideal sweet, soft, cuddly lap dog. (We normally are big dog people :) Brenda KNOWS hospitality and couldn't have been a better host. She makes the most delicious meals - we had her dinners and breakfasts several times and were never disappointed. Suprisingly, the fold-out King bed was extremely comfortable and the room had cool temperature with A/C and fan to help us sleep soundly every night. Delightful place with delightful host - one of our top Airbnb experiences! We will certainly be back. Thank you Ms. Brenda!!

The Haven was truly a gem. It was so private and secluded- just what we needed to relax and reset. Ashley was so friendly and provided so many helpful accommodations that you’d typically not find elsewhere, such as complimentary coffee and a stocked s'mores station. Collectively, I think my family most enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards to explore the bay everyday. The kids absolutely loved hunting for wildlife around the house and pond. I’ll never forget this trip!

I rented Deborah’s place for my family so they could stay close by to my home in Urbanna. The house was spotless easy to find easy to get in and very well equipped. While the weather didn’t cooperate, there was plenty to do and the house feels much larger than it is due to the open floor plan and lovely decor. The house is less than five minutes from town and there is lots of shopping close by as well as several restaurants which we visited. We really enjoyed the quiet tranquility and the well-thought-out decor. One of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in. We will be back!

We had a wonderful Easter weekend at Tony’s home. This was our second time staying here, and we truly hope to come back again. It has become our special place of peace and energy. The view of the bay is breathtaking, and the sunsets are absolutely stunning. If you bring binoculars, you’ll enjoy birdwatching—there’s a favorite spot for birds right near the house. Beautiful, spacious beaches are just 20 minutes away, and the island itself is peaceful and quiet, with a very relaxing neighborhood atmosphere. The house is located in one of the best places on the island. It is cozy, spacious, and spotless, with large windows offering views of the Chesapeake Bay from almost every room. The big deck became our favorite place to enjoy breakfast and morning coffee. The home is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Tony and Paula are wonderful hosts who clearly pour their hearts into every detail of the house and genuinely care about their guests.

We decided on a last minute Memorial Day weekend getaway and could not have gotten any luckier on this app than Shao and Ryan’s waterfront escape. The house was adorable and exactly as pictured. The master is enormous and the bed was super comfortable while the rest of the house was pristine. As nice as the house is, the real star is the yard and dock. We won the weather lottery and were out on the dock or in the kayaks from sun up to sun down. Check in was easy and they were super responsive and knowledgeable of the areas events and happenings.
