Since April 2022, we have been offering this characteristic property in Warffum. Take a break and enjoy the still undiscovered vast Groninger Hogeland. The house is located directly next to the medieval church on the largest wierde in the Netherlands. Many beautiful authentic villages in the area , the infinite polders and the bird(spot)rich cellars of the Wadden Sea can be admired within cycling distance. A visit to the city of Groningen and islands Schiermonnikoog and Borkum is also worthwhile!

Near the city of Groningen (17 km, 28 min by car, 36 minutes by public transportation) by the village of Winsum, is located this cozy chalet with a view of the countryside. The Chalet is well equipped (real bed/kitchen/Shower/wood burning stove/Wifi) and provide with a spacious terrace. If you want you can get eggs from our own chickens. Historic house - sleeps 6 persons, 3 sleeping rooms, situated in a peaceful and car free street. Silent back garden, directly at the waterfront. Ideal place to rest and explore the environment. House consists of: living room, 1 sleeping room on the ground floor (2 beds) - 2 sleeping rooms on the first floor, new kitchen - dishwasher, dryer, washing machine , bathroom (bath - shower). Touristtax is E1,50 per night per adult in addition to the Airbnb booking. Pets only after agreement.

The accommodation, with its own entrance, has been recently renovated and is completely furnished for a comfortable stay. During the summer, the spaces are wonderfully cool and cozy during the winter. The accommodation is within walking distance ( 5 min.) from the station ( train + bus). By car, the accommodation is easily accessible, a short distance from Juliana Square, where the A7 and A28 intersect. Free parking on own property.

Het rustig gelegen gastenverblijf heeft een groene grote tuin met 3 terrassen. De 2e verdieping is een open vliering en biedt 8 slaapplekken, waarvan 1 deels afgesloten slaapkamer. In Pieterburen kunt u diverse restaurants bezoeken, wadlopen of aan het Pieterpad beginnen. (Voor de houtgestookte hottub graag aanmelden. Er geldt een toeslag per dag, bij gebruik, en u dient zelf deze 2 uur van te voren op te stoken).

Comfortable garden house, quietly located in our green wild garden. Plenty of privacy. A nice place to enjoy the peace, the space and the nature. The Waddenland has a lot to offer, and you can reach the boat to Schiermonnikoog in fifteen minutes. The city of Groningen itself can also be reached within half an hour.

The cozy apartment is located on the ground floor of the old town hall of Eenrum. It is a fully furnished apartment, with a spacious and bright living room, a beautiful kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom en suite and a separate toilet. In the living room, there's a double sofa bed.
