Family-friendly holiday rentals in Den Ham

A charming spot to enjoy nature and truly disconnect. The owner was exceptionally kind and welcoming. We were two couples, and while the place felt a bit smaller than it appeared in the photos, it was still perfectly comfortable for a short stay. Highly recommended!

Tonny's place is great! We had a great weekend with a nice spa day. The house is comfortably furnished and the self-built spa house is a dream built with a lot of love. We will be happy to come back! 😊

What a wonderful stay we had here! Beautiful super spacious farm with a large garden with a view so beautiful! Bedrooms large, lovely beds! And of course, we also enjoyed the jacuzzi! Aljanneke is a perfect host/hostess. Everything was arranged! Delicious beers, fresh apple juice! We will definitely be back! The area is beautiful for both cycling and hiking and the beautiful places Deventer and Zutphen are nearby!

It was really good and beautiful - we were able to relax super! The place was exactly as described and very pleasant. The contact was totally uncomplicated and friendly. I'd love to come back:)) The whirlpool is already a highlight!

A lovely place with plenty of space to enjoy. The hot tub and pool are really added value. We enjoyed ourselves every second.

This cabin is a very special place. It is located in the middle of the forest, quiet, surrounded by birdsong, even deer we met. It's just nice and especially in the hot tub to sit and enjoy the surroundings. I am very grateful for all the amenities we found: It's really thought of everything. Lovely spacious house for 6 people with a nice view at the back. There is a roll-up gate in the shed in front of you if you have dogs with you, so they can run into the garden. We had a great time!

Lovely cottage with all the comforts. Very nice that basic things such as salt, pepper, oil, enough toilet paper and enough towels were also provided. It's definitely different at times! Furthermore, everything was clean and the communication was pleasant. Recommended!

We really enjoyed a wonderful stay. Perfect for groups with (young) children. Beautiful wooded area where you can walk and visit Hunebedden. Even with rain, there is plenty to do in the house due to the multitude of games, the pool and table tennis table. We'd love to come again!

We were thrilled with the place, Lots of equipment for kitchen, hygiene and pastime! (Books, DVDS real.) Very cozy furniture and cozy atmosphere as described. If you have any questions, Raoul will respond quickly!

Another great stay, we have been here several times now and love it. The house has everything you need and the garden is a lovely place to sit with a morning coffee . Good dog walking from the house or a short drive to the woods . Shops are 10 minutes away with nice restaurants and cafes . We will be back !

Guus and Betty are super nice people with a warm character. It feels familiar and safe to stay with them on the property. In addition, they are also cozy people with whom you can have enriching conversations. The space and nature gave a lot of tranquility. I enjoyed my stay very much!

We liked the stay in the small, cozy cottage with Niek and Joke very much again. The garden is very beautiful and it is always interesting to watch the chickens in the barn.

Beautiful, spacious space that gave you the feeling of experiencing an old farm. For some reason I had understood that there was no kitchen, or possibility to make breakfast, but there was just an extensive kitchen, so better than expected. Beautiful quiet environment, the cottage is on a garden and special is the barn that turned out to be an old steel ship's cabin. Marion is also very friendly

What a peaceful, relaxing place! Very private, spacious and super clean. The hosts were very responsive. And the saunas are fantastic!! Easy 5 min bike ride into the beautiful town and to the supermarket. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Had a nice stay! The children especially enjoyed the playground. The house was well equipped and even with 30 degrees it was good inside in terms of temperature. With the heat, it is also very nice to take a dip in the pool.

Wonderful place to stay. We felt right at home. What a lot of nice places to sit and the decor is really nice. In addition, a beautiful garden environment and a lot of privacy. I slept wonderfully in the bedstee (we called it the dowry because of the nice curtains). And also nice that we could use the bikes!

Very nice accommodation. We caught 3 sunny days. In 20/30 minutes you were in the town or at the lake with the available bikes. It was very quiet and the hosts have landscaped the courtyard very nicely. We felt very comfortable.

I would happily recommend this property for anyone to stay at. Even just walking onto the property we found it to be stunning! So beautiful and artistic inside and out. We especially loved the fully stocked kitchen and made a beautiful meal that we ate together at the table. So gezellig!

Absolutely wonderful stay in a beautiful location. We had travelled as a family of 3 with a 12 year old. Communication and booking was quick and clear with Rose and the cabin was absolutely cosy. There is a reserved parking just in front of the entrance to the cabin. The cabin is well furnished and neat and beds are cosy as well. Will definitely recommend to all to plan this stay in their list.
