Modern guest house including sauna. Beautifully situated in the outskirts of Enschede. In the middle of nature and yet also close to the built-up area. Beautiful base for wonderful hiking and cycling trips in the Twente countryside. Recreation area 't Rutbeek nearby, as well as 't Buurserzand and Witteveen. The guest house is equipped with all the comforts, including bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, but also tea, coffee, herbs, toilet paper, kitchen roll and dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher.

Beautiful home with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. Can be totally contactless if that is a wish, because everything is separate and has its own entrance and lockbox. House is cleaned by us according to Airbnb rules. Important due to ambiguity, we can serve/make breakfast, but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pp. The meadow opposite the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced and the garden is not fenced.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. It's rare to find a place that's both historic and one-of-a-kind. You will stay in the oldest house in Denekamp. You have access to a complete studio in the barn of this beautiful village farm. A unique and cozy place with access to a beautiful orchard for your own use where you can relax. The living room has its own entrance, hall with wardrobe, bathroom with shower. You have access to a fully furnished house with 2 terraces and garden. There is parking and the possibility to store and charge bicycles. Nearby are many cycling and hiking trails. In the house there are regional books, thrillers and games that you can use.
