Our vacation home has a living area of 70 sqm. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic spa town of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. There are commercial businesses in the neighborhood, but they cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at a height of 150 cm. Hiking trails lead directly from the house, and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also groomed. Separate room with bathroom; 300 m. to bus station

Quietly located, but close to the city. The room has a separate entrance and its own bathroom. A large bed is available for 1 or 2 people. WLAN, radio and satellite TV are available. The bus that takes you into the city in just 5 min walk away. You can be at the heart of Stuttgart in 30 min. If you prefer your peace and quiet: The forest for a walk is right on the doorstep. Since the homeowners' association has stipulated that dogs are not allowed, we can't permit service animals either.

At Breuningerland there is simply everything and everything is the best of the best. Just 100 meters from Sonnenhaus is the forest, where you can walk and run well. Stuttgart city center is only 15 km away. Stuttgart Airport is also only 15 km away. (15 minutes by car) near Sonnenhaus is the thermal spa Böblingen (2.4 km)

Klara's vacation home with its unique charm has been on the Neuffen city wall for over 100 years. It is right in the center of Neuffen next to the church. The small 3 room house with simple but loving equipment is located at the foot of the Swabian Alb (Hohenneuffen Castle/Thermalbad Beuren/Open Air Museum Beuren/HW5/ Outlet City Metzingen) and can be reached on foot from the nearby train station. Cafes, bakeries, and supermarkets are close by.

Our Tiny House is a former transformer tower that is a 5-minute walk from the old town. Supermarket,gas station, pharmacy and parking garage are very close. The tower has a 32 square meter terrace that floats above the Ammer. The bedroom,with private balcony and extra TV, is located under the roof. Integrated kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and underfloor heating.
